If you get a ‘snack spicy wrap’, they put almost no sauce in there. They really need to put more sauce in the food. It tasted like nothing!

I live nearby and this McDonalds has been having issues since before COVID. I’ve been patient because I know that fast food work can be genuinely challenging and I’ll take my office job any day over it, but today’s straw was the last.
I ordered my food in drive thru at 1:09. The cashier put me in a drive thru waiting spot and told me it would be a minute or two.
At 1:22, the drive thru food walker lady brought out my order, but actually not, because it wasn’t my order.
At 1:25, I drove to the front of the store to park and find out what was up. The drive thru lady was just walking out with my order, finally, 16 minutes later. I checked it for sauces. I had three orders meal deals that included nuggets with ketchup, a kids meal with nuggets with ketchup, and four fries, so I had asked for a dozen ketchup in addition to the ketchup for the nuggets.
I had been given four ketchup packets. I went into the store and got more, got in my car, and drove home without checking my order again in detail (a mistake).
When I got home, I realized that they hadn’t included the nuggets for the meal deals at all.
I drove back to the store and had to ask somebody for help at the counter for those nuggets – no help was offered until I made it a point to ask. I got those nuggets.
Finally, I drove home and sat down to eat, lunch secured. I opened my McDouble to spread out the pickles, but found that it did not have any pickle or onion. The final insult. They hadn’t even made my burger right.
Like I said, this place has long had significant problems. Since before COVID. But, after today, I’m done. There is another location on Grand at the 71. Go there instead.
This particular McDonald’s location fails in every aspect at serving its customers. It is not fast, it is not consistent, and it is not accurate.

I don’t expect a lot from a McD. You get what you paid for, but I never get EVERYTHING I order. The staff there never seem to double-check and my drive thru orders are always missing something. Sure it’s a dollar or two here and there, but if I wanted to waste money, consume unhealthy food, and be disappointed, I might as well starve. Just don’t come here unless you really have no choice.

Went on a Friday morning, around 9am. Was just wanting to grab some breakfast and get out of there. Took the drive thru where female worker sounded like she wanted to be anywhere other than work. Her attitude at the window matched the tone as she gave no clear instructions to which window to go to. Had me waiting quite some time before yelling from her window up ahead to come and grab my food and pay. I have worked for food spots before, and even in the event the customer is wrong, empathy and being apologetic go a long way, all of which this female employee showed none of. Such an easy job as McDonald’s should equal a happy worker, but I guess that isn’t the case. Do not come here if you’re looking for fast and efficient service with a smile.

Every time I go through drive thru when it isn’t busy I still get my order wrong!! Even when I get told to park out front for my order something is still missing, but at least the shift lead doesn’t forget his silver necklace during his shift

I confirmed that the egg in this sandwich is real. It’s been too long, and I often find the egg skin when I eat it. I find the egg skin every two bites. I hope McDonald’s will change it as soon as possible. Last time I drank sour latte, which was a bad feeling! This should not be McDonald’s quality control!!!

EVERYTIME I come here fries are cold or stale , ordered a 6 piece and that little tiny crust is considered one , customer service is alwaysssss horrible workers always look so miserable never crack a smile NEVER .

This is the SLOWEST McDonalds and just fast food establishment in general I have even been to. Makes no sense why it’s SO SLOW. You’d be better off driving across town to another McDonald’s because you’d get your food faster than driving down the street to this one.
