As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I would give 0 stars if I could.Had a $51 order came home my kids started eatting their chicken sandwiches my daughter shows me hers Raw not even cooked. I took pictures and took the sandwiches back to the store. All the manager could say was I cooked it 4 mins. I told him again look the chicken is not even cooked at all he continued to say well I cooked it for 4 mins. Thanks to the cashier that said we will give you your money back and kept apologizing. The manager should not even be working with food. Dont eat there unless you wanna eat RAW CHICKEN…..

Be sure to watch the prices on the board compared to what they ask you to pay. Its rarely the same. The last couple times I went here I was asked to pay a price several dollars higher than what was on the board. Then staff gets mad when you ask them about it. Avoid

The place is filthy the hamburger was just dried meat fries were reheats you could tell I guess the only thing that was good was the Mr pibb drink but I ate it because I paid for it but will never go back there. Woodhaven is the best.

Ordered 6 sandwiches (4 minus mayo), 2 XL fries, & 2 kids meals. Was told there would be a 4 minute wait on the sandwiches – no big deal. We pay, pull up, and wait. And wait. And wait.
Finally, 30 minutes after placing our order, someone comes out asking what we ordered (because we weren’t the only ones waiting for our food) and to see our receipts to verify our order. They didn’t give us receipts.
The customer next to us asked for a refund… which he eventually got and he left without food even though it should’ve been on the house. A few minutes later they bring out our food… and all the sandwiches have excessive amounts of MAYO – which we ordered without.
I wasn’t going back through the drive thru line after that but I will promise you we won’t be going back. This isn’t the first time there’s been issues like this with a visit to this location. Usually I’m understanding but there was a fire 2 houses from ours today and as a result we have no power and I’m unable to cook and I NEEDED to go get something for dinner… but now I’m sitting in the dark, hungry, hot, and very freaking annoyed.
