Our food is known for its quality! We serve at least 3 soups everyday. Any of our soups can can be served in bread bowl. We also have different salad options and our freshly baked cookies are a must. Our food is naturally better because, we believe if it’s not made by mother earth, we don’t serve it. Sourdough offers the ultimate in casual dining in our old-time style restaurant establishment.

I enjoyed the high customization of the sandwiches. I got the grilled chicken on sourdough. Highly suggest the house spread! It’s a very unique taste. My friends described the bread as too sour.

1st time eating at this restaurant. My wife and I have been wanting to try it for awhile. The food was worth it.
The workers could have been a bit more nice. I feel as if they treated others that did not look like us a bit better with a smile and when we requested something… it was may with a little irritation. They need to work on the customer service being a positive experience to all.
The bathroom did not have tissue to wipe after usage nor to dry your hands with. They should check it periodically to ensure it is equipped better.

I ordered a sourdough bowl with chili. The food came out in less then 3 minutes and it was at a good temperature. The chili was full of flavor and excellent. The sourdough bread had a crunchy outside and a soft inside, making it easier then eat then most breadbowls. There is also a good variety of drinks, even having good tea options. There are limited vegetarian and vegan options, but I haven’t explored that part yet. Overall, a good place to eat when you are at Berkeley.

First of all I speak of my experience with Sourdough&Co. Ham sndwch is Amaz!ng…Better yet if you have a sndwch early in the day, the bread is fresh.
The place is clean and customer service is great. Good environment, music all is good. Keep up the good quality, customer service and cleanliness.
