We constantly update our menu with new options and healthy recipes. Note, salads and breakfast items do not come with side items. We prep many days and have multiple pick up times available. Please make a reservation at the bottom of the order page so we know when to prep your meals! Meals are fresh and good for a week in your fridge, or freeze them for up to a month!

We’ve tried a couple of meal prep services in moore and Norman, haven’t found one that we really like and felt that we got our money’s worth…. until now. The Portion sizes are accurate to 4 and 6 oz. The menu changes weekly with a few staple items that are continuous. The food is tasty and relatively well priced compared to other meal prep services. We have already placed an order for next week. It’s so nice to have a healthy dinner available for the family M-F and at a decent hour.

This is by far the best meal prep service in OKC, and possibly the whole state. I say that after trying several franchises online and a few local in Texas……Always go with LOCAL businesses! Love these meals for my workout/work life goals!

Delicious, nutritious food cooked far better than I could for a very reasonable price. Worth every penny to not have to spend my weekends prepping my own meals. My favorites are the Baja chicken burrito bowl, chicken Caesar salad, SW chicken salad, chipotle chicken bowl and any of the chickens…the pulled pork is also really good.
