Order food and drinks at the counter.
Ordered a Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte with oat milk, green tea and a rice crispy treat. $16.62
The staff told me their cinnamon buns here come with sugar icing, my favorite is with cream cheese frosting.
The rice crispy treats are hard a rock. All three rice crispy blocks behind the counter display were hard as could possibly be. They had some trouble dirigible out how return credit for the rice crispy to my cc.
Drinks take a bit out, but they try to keep up with the pace of orders.

The green tea is tasteless.

Ordered lunch for my team from The East End Cafe after learning about them from a post the owner made about another business they own that would be closing. Everything we ordered tasted great, portions were very fair for price and ordering directly from their site was much better than a DoorDash experience. Staff was very friendly and offered to even help me carry my order to my car. Highly recommend and will be back again!

The coffee drinks are unreal. I’ve yet to try a bad one. Today’s find: an iced Cinnabon latte (it’s the best cinnamon roll you’ve ever tasted, but in a cup). Mine was tweaked to be decaf, as I’m expecting. Give it a try.
The food… to me, this is where they steal the show. YES, the sandwiches are pricier than a fast food joint — but they are THE BEST you’ll ever eat, and they are MASSIVE. You can tell every ingredient is of the highest, gourmet quality, and every bite is dripping with flavor. Today’s eat: The Carson Robert. This sandwich will easily be two lunches; I’ve only pictured half of this massive sandwich.
They truly have something for everyone and every age (my one year old is a big fan of the grilled cheese!), the service is fast, and it’s the best lunch or brunch you’ll find on the island if you love a top-of-the-line sandwich, soup, salad, pastry, dessert or coffee.

The food is amazing, they have gluten free options as well. I love the size of the sandwiches, we are able to get one and all 3 of my children will eat it. They also make the cutest hit chocolates for the kids, it’s become a place that my kids ask to go!

We love the East End cafe! They are so friendly and polite. The prices seem a little high but their portions are massive. The sandwiches are very big. We normally share a soup and sandwich. We tried the grilled cinnamon roll and I’m hooked.

The East End Cafe is exactly what Grosse Ile needed! Their handcrafted coffee beverages are amazing, the food is delicious and comes in very generous portions, and the staff is so welcoming and kind. I won’t go anywhere else for a coffee because you just cannot beat it. I could not recommend East End more!
