Jersey Mike’s, a fast-casual sub sandwich franchise with more than 2,500 locations open and under development nationwide, has a long history of community involvement and support. Started at the Jersey Shore in 1956, Jersey Mike’s serves authentic East Coast-style subs on fresh baked bread – the same recipe it started with over 60 years ago. Ordered # 16 , FYI, havent eaten red meat in 45 years. What did I get after waiting 20 minutes? # 17, steak……. threw them both in the garbage($20 bucks)….every time this location is SO SLOW and now the second time ( gone only three times) they screwed up the order. Yes I should have checked the sub bag, but after standing in the middle of all the trafic, because there is no other place, I just want to get out of there……HORRIBLE LOCATION, DON’T GO……read the many other reviews saying the same thing. The management/ownership is horrible! DON’T GO, go to Alpine, much better!!!!

Very friendly staff.Pulled up hungry last night (8pm) and was greeted as soon as I entered the building. Male employee was very attentive and directly explained what came on my Philly sandwich. I added tomato, lettuce, jalapeños, and bacon. Sandwich was FIRE. I will be back again to try another sandwich.

My husband and I both DoorDash. He arrived early to pick up an order, which often isn’t an issue since many orders are ready when he arrives. When he walked in, a customer in front of him was still being checked out. As soon as that customer left, multiple employees began making sideways comments about the DoorDash order being “early,” which made my husband uncomfortable. I later went inside at the actual pickup time, and the employees were still talking negatively about my husband and the situation. They then spoke to me directly, stating that the previous dasher was “very irritated” that the order wasn’t ready, which was not true. The conversation remained negative and unprofessional. I told the employees that the negative comments needed to stop. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, they ushered me out of the store. The entire experience felt disrespectful and uncalled for.

UPDATE:
My husband went back and politely asked the workers to remake my sandwich. They weren’t apologetic and made sure to examine the sandwich that was made incorrectly. My new sandwich wasn’t made with the olive oil and vinegar blend, and didn’t have the oregano on it either. I like to assume the best in people, but making it incorrectly again reads as pettiness from the employees. The staff had no other customers in store except for another customer whose order was made incorrectly.
We usually love Jersey Mike’s and have come to rely on it as one of our quick comfort meals. However, the last two times we have ordered pickup my sandwich has been made with Mayo when remove mayo was in the order confirmation. Today the bacon was missing as well! We are so disappointed that we can’t rely on Jersey Mike’s to make our sandwiches correctly.

The people are always kind here, but the food just sucks. Look at the photo attached…the bread to chicken / etc ratio is just horrid. This is a chicken cheesesteak, basically no chicken or anything, just all bread. $13 gone.

If you are going here for a gluten free sub, don’t bother. I heard that they are really good about making a sub that is safe for a celiac. However, I have been to this location a few times and every time the staff has been very rude to me. They have told me that they couldn’t cut me fresh veggies to go on my sub. Today when I went into this location I told the person cutting the meat that I have celiac and that I needed a gluten free bun. She rolled her eyes at me. Then another employee (who I believe was the manager) says she will make it on the back counter. Which I thought was good, until I asked if she can get me fresh veggies. She then says rudely that they don’t do that. I told her that they have done it for me in the past. She insisted that they didn’t. I walked out. I will never go there again. I am not happy.

Very disappointed. I ordered online and had an order of $50 worth of subs. My personal sub was a giant club and I wanted it with no mayo. Unfortunately I didn’t subtract mayo on my order. My mistake. However when it called the store to see if they could make me a new one they refused and said that I would have to pay for another $19 sub. I understand it was customer error but I’ve worked in many restaurants and the decent thing to do would to make a new one for no charge and show excellent customer service by doing so. Now we threw the sub away because no one likes mayo on their subs in my family. I won’t be going back to this location any more because of this. They are expensive as is but when you don’t get what you wanted and have to pay double to get so it’s not worth it.

Food was great. They offer online ordering so early Friday morning, my wife put in an order for pickup at 4:45 p.m. Plenty of time right? Well at 5:05 p.m. they still hadn’t started it yet. Wasn’t ready for another 15 minutes. We were picking up dinner and traveling to meet friends and their newborn baby another 45 minutes away. Needless to say, we were 35 minutes late for our scheduled dinner. Otherwise I would give them a 5 star.
