I truly wanted to love this place because the restaurant is beautiful, the vibes were perfect, and our server was honestly the best part of the entire night. She was kind, patient, and did everything she could for us. Unfortunately, the food and management decisions completely ruined the experience.
The food was extremely bland with almost no flavor. Honestly, even Olive Garden, a chain known for mediocre food, tastes better than this. The ginger ale we ordered tasted like bubblegum, which made it obvious the tap was off, and the Shirley Temple tasted like straight water. We had to send both back and switch to Pepsi, which thankfully tasted normal.
We requested all flats for our wings, yet one order came with drums. We asked for ranch and were given blue cheese instead. Then the chicken bacon ranch pizza which we requested no bacon and add mild sauce had absolutely no flavor.
The penne vodka pasta was the worst part! The sauce was strangely sweet, and the chicken looked boiled instead of grilled. It was loose, wiggly, flavorless, and topped with what I assume a few specks of pepper. After one bite, we asked them to take it away.
Despite all of this, they still made us pay full price and wouldn’t let us leave until we paid for the pasta, even though we only took one bite and sent it back. They tried to compensate one cannoli for an entire pasta entree. They were also slick enough to box our pasta and tell us they still had it when we checked out so we could take it home.
Overall, while the place is beautiful, the vibes are great, and our server was amazing, the food quality, the mistakes, and the way the situation was handled were incredibly disappointing. I wouldn’t return based on this experience.

The Italian food was so good—everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. We really enjoyed every dish. Our waiter Brianna was awesome too! She was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a great meal and great service. Would come back for sure!

Beautiful, family-friendly atmosphere! The food was great. We had onion rings, rice balls, ravioli, perogies, and a chicken cranberry & walnut salad. The portions are generous, and we didn’t wait long even though they were packed.

Wow. What a meal! And the Christmas decorations here are outstanding, over 30,000 lights out up for the holidays.
We had the crab stuffed appetizer (brilliant sauce!) and the white pizza. Our server, Stephanie, was very kind and welcoming.

Best meatballs I have had in a very long time. The pierogi were delicious and the chicken cesar was top notch. We are staying at the Hampton and Gabby at the front desk recommended this place. So glad she did!

Love the cheese steak quesadilla. Didn’t care for the thousand island dressing on my salad. It had a smokey taste. Hubby loved his Pappa Al’s stromboli. Haven’t eaten the chocolate cannoili yet. They looks delicious. Thanks to the waitress Stephanie. She did a great job.

We moved to area about 2 years ago and this place is awesome. The best part is that Amanda and Jenn are exceptional at their jobs and always so nice. The way they work together and how hard they work is beyond anything I ever seen at a restaurant. We have never had a bad meal. Love the Lasagna and that Oreo cheesecake is to die for. We will definitely be regular customers and highly recommend Papa Al’s.

The food is out of this world. The chicken franchise Is so delicious. The staff is kind and extremely outgoing. The atmosphere is perfect. I absolutely love the lighting. Very warm and inviting. The decor makes you feel right at home (but better).
