I had a fantastic experience at Jersey Mike’s Subs – Clarendon, and I especially want to recognize Nick for going above and beyond.
From the moment I walked in, Nick was welcoming, professional, and genuinely friendly. He handled a busy rush with ease, stayed attentive to every customer, and made sure each order was prepared perfectly. My sub was made exactly as requested — fresh, generous with the toppings, and neatly wrapped. You can tell he takes pride in both the quality of the food and the overall customer experience.
What stood out most was Nick’s positive attitude and attention to detail. Even during a busy period, he made the interaction feel personal and unhurried. That level of service makes a big difference and is the reason I’ll gladly return to this location.
Highly recommend this Jersey Mike’s in Clarendon — and if Nick is working, you’re in great hands!

I adore Jersey Mike’s and while not the best location, the food is good, the service was perfectly fine and it’s convenient. Most of my problems are things like the limited seating space and that the bathrooms require a passcode to use. The usual things I have a problem with regarding a lot of places in the area. Honestly a perfectly serviceable location if you’re craving a Jersey Shore’s favorite or a Famous Philly.

Arrived at the store at 840 only to see that the lobby was closed for in-store ordering. (not on jersey mikes site or google maps). Store was only doing “pick-up orders”. So I tell the associate I will place my order through the app and he tells me if you place it now we wont make it. I said why not I’m right here and you can see your system. My app says I can order it. He tells me the store is technically closed. So I said why can’t you take my order verbally then. His reply was Im sorry ma’am. Just an inconvenience.

After walking in the restaurant and seeing so many friendly and inviting faces with the delicious smell of fresh Jersey Mike’s subs bringing out the hunger in me, this Philly Sub matched with a pristine store and wonderful people working there, was a phenomenal experience. Matt, apart of the leadership, along with the rest of the opening crew have earned my loyalty for years to come!

The big kahuna I ordered from there was absolutely delicious! Everyone that was behind the line was friendly and working diligently to help customers as a line began forming when I was midway through ordering. My attendant, Andre, went above and beyond to offer the best customer service at a fast pace, all whilst encouraging his fellow workers! The ONLY complaint I have is that it was really hot in the store, I wanted to rag in but the heat forced me to eat in the car instead. I hope they get that fixed soon. Overall a wonderful experience with polite staff!

I don’t know what it is – perhaps I’m ordering the wrong sandwiches – but Jersey Mike’s hasn’t been a “sub above.” Rather, it’s tasted like pretty much every other garden-variety sub place I’ve ever had. The staff at the Clarendon location is very nice. I just wish the food was better. There’s a lot of competition among restaurants in the Rosslyn-Ballston corridor. Jersey Mike’s need to step up its game.

Usually get togo, but does have decent outdoor seating. Food is consistent, and ready in less than 15mins. I use the app, get points, and then free food.
