Our sandwiches were in the wrong bag for one and for two my girlfriend didn’t even get the right size drink even though it was clearly labeled. And I asked for no foam on mine and I got foam on mine. Literally this was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with Starbucks. We literally spend so much money at your restaurant it’s very disappointing. I even kept trying to call the phone and nobody would answer. Not impressed

Why is my drink all ice?
People are nice but my drink was disappointing.
For $7 I got mostly ice. For a similar price and the same drink I got a 32oz at Human Bean with little ice.

I’m almost positive one of the workers stole my gift card claiming it didn’t have anything on it. The thing is, I bought those cards myself as “thank you’s” for when someone helped me out with something. I decided to thank myself yesterday and get myself a treat, only to discover the card “didn’t have any money”. I’m trying to give the lady the benefit of the doubt, but I just don’t see how it’s possible that this card was empty. Nothing I can do about it now, just a PSA to others to 1) take your “empty” card with you, and 2) always get your receipt.
