The food exceeded every expectation: the ahi tuna was fresh and perfectly seasoned, and the French onion soup tasted like something straight out of a classic Parisian kitchen — rich, comforting, and full of character. Tip: ask for a baguette on the side — you won’t regret it. It’s the perfect pairing.
And I have to confess: I absolutely fell in love with the bartender. She looks like a Hollywood superstar — stunning, charismatic, with that natural screen-presence beauty you don’t forget. She was incredibly kind and even sold me a beer glass for my travel collection for just $3. A perfect souvenir from a perfect night.
Highly recommend this place — it’s the kind of bar that becomes a story.
We visited this sports bar with a group of about 35 motorcycle riders. The food was great, and the service team handled our big party relatively quickly and efficiently — which we definitely appreciated. While the staff wasn’t particularly friendly, they got the job done well.
That said, the lack of communication was frustrating. I called six times over the three days leading up to our visit to give them a heads-up — as we often ride in groups of 25–35 and like to make sure the restaurant is prepared. Unfortunately, no one ever answered and there is an answering machine with no choice for a message. I even stopped by the restaurant at 11:14 a.m. on the day of our visit — just an hour before arrival — but the doors were closed, and the staff inside (which I could clearly see thru the glass) wouldn’t acknowledge me.
This kind of lack of responsiveness gives the impression that customer service isn’t a priority. It’s a shame, because our lunch overall was enjoyable.
We may consider returning in the future, but we’d hope to see better communication and a more welcoming attitude from the team.
Two days later, we went for a meal- grouper appetizer was delicious. Again, Clara was at the forefront making sure all customers were happy. She is an amazing person with a work ethic that is not seen too much anymore. We love Dillon’s and will be back bc of Clara and the food. Management should treasure an employee like Clara!
But it’s not just about the catch—the rest of the menu is just as impressive. Their own dishes are packed with flavor, and the sides deserve just as much attention. The loaded baked potato is a must-try—comfort food at its finest, generous in portion and absolutely delicious.
On top of that, the atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is friendly, and the prices are very fair for the quality and portions you get. It’s the perfect combination of local charm and consistently great food.
If you’re heading to the Keys, make sure Dillon’s Pub & Grill is on your list. Whether you’re bringing in your own catch or just stopping by for a meal, you’ll leave full, happy, and already planning your next visit!
We came here for lunch and I ordered the potato skins for appetizers, the Reuben sandwich and the grouper Reuben sandwich. Food was ok but not good. Potato skins were dry and overcooked and the sandwiches were just ok. We both had unsweet tee and sadly they tasted watered down.
Service was great, we were waited on right away and checked on often. There was plenty of free parking and this is a large restaurant with plenty of seating. Prices were reasonable. But unfortunately with the many restaurant options in the keys, we will not be returning to here.
