Somewhat like your typical dive bar but unfortunately they do cater to quite a bit of unseemly characters and have had several drug problems in this town in the past years. The interior is kept somewhat clean ish, but the restrooms are definitely worse for wear. Best thing I can say is that the drink prices are good.

The atmosphere at Bumps has toned down quite a bit from the old days!!! It’s way more welcoming for a diverse crowd to come relax, have a good laugh, watch some Wisconsin proud spots on one if not all 4 flat screens make new friends and more memories with the old ones!!

The service was not great and it wasn’t at a busy time, I came at 3pm. Had to send my flatmates back because it was barley warm. From that point on the server pretty much neglected me. The deck on the river was pleasant. I expect alot but I also was a server for many years and know what it takes to make good tips; it takes good service from someone who seems to care.
