Worst Starbucks I’ve ever ordered from. My go to order is an iced matcha w strawberry cold foam. I’ve ordered from here twice and both times the drink is pure milk to the point where the color of the drink is white / gray. Very frustrated. Below are photos of my matcha from here vs from other locations. I will not order from here again.

I just want to thank the Starbucks team and their store manager Naffy at the Countryside location. I ordered my coffee at the wrong location on accident and they were able to accommodate me and make my coffee at their location instead. Actions speak louder than words! My daily drink is 4 shots of espresso with 4 pumps of white mocha. At all the Starbucks stores I’ve been to, the baristas always stir the espresso and mocha together first, then add ice. However, at this location, the staff do not stir it at all. Since white mocha is very thick, when I shake the cup, the coffee splashes out and the drink is not mixed properly.
I have given feedback several times, but the employees do not listen and even argue back. This is very impolite and reflects a poor attitude.

Great location with a nice functional ambiance. A bit of tlc could be done to reset lobby tables and dust off the furniture but it seems the drive thru kept everyone busy. I’m quite satisfied with service, friendliness and access to a beautiful space. Would recommend this place to get some work done. I work remote so having the access points, friendly staff and good coffee are priority. This place checks those boxes.

Decent service. I asked the lady that handed my drink, if I could please get a cup holder. She turns around, grabs a cup holders and basically just threw it at me. Said nothing and went on. I ordered an Iced Lavender matcha. Got home and the foam had risen down. That’s fine. I understand it wasn’t gonna stay foamy forever, but my issue is that, half of the cup was beverage and the rest was foam? And to top it off the foam wasn’t even purple, as advertised? and no I didn’t say anything about it. it was way too busy, I didn’t want to be THAT one customer during rush hour. Mind you. The image below was captured before any sips were taken.

It felt cold. There were only women working and it felt like they didn’t want to be there. What happened to the warm and cozy feel that like the one Schaumburg offers?..Even the decor felt hard and airport esque. What saves Starbucks is the espresso. Always 100%!

Aside from the kids that come in here. The baristas so far from my experiences here have been pretty optimal. The atmosphere is better than most other Starbucks and other coffee shops that I attempt to study in.
