My burger was nasty they put in in the microwave to heat up ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ The damn sandwich was overcooked in the microwave it extremely hot ketchup, running all over the place pickles were nasty because they popped the sandwich in the microwave instead of fixing me a fresh one this place needs to be closed down and it’s in Hopewell Virginia

Very cute and nostalgic atmosphere. The employees have outstanding customer service and are pretty quick with getting orders done. Overall the Colonial Heights Dairy Queen location is a great place for getting some ice-cream with friends or family.

I wish I could give a 0 star because that’s just how bad it was. I got a chili dog combo and the fries were AWFUL. I asked for fresh fries and I’m sure they double dipped them and the grease tasted bad even though it was only noon. Even the cherry coke I got tasted like it was flat. The worst food I’ve had all year. The customer service wasn’t the best either. I threw all my food away. I wish I would’ve had time to take that trash back.

I’ve eaten here a couple times this month. This is the best Dairy Queen I’ve been too. I will drive the 35mins to eat here. The food is always hot and fresh and the staff is friendly. I’m very impressed. Keep it up guys, you are rocking this place!

We ventured here by default. Their competitors milkshake machine was broken so we thought why not. Best detour ever! I have not seen commercials for this tasty treat and I’ve seen alot of DQ marketing. Let me tell you…. get it NOW! This Summer Berry Cake Cupfection is by far the BEST SUMMER TREAT EVER! The little berry surprises just pop up and BAM! sweetness. And the bits of chocolate gives that extra touch.

Ordered ahead. Waited for 30 mins in line. Order was incomplete and had to keep reminding the window girl of what was missing.

This place is right down the street from my house and I wish it was not. Only because I love ice cream and I’m having a hard time resisting. But I’m definitely going to recommend Dairy Queen for their ice cream. On the other hand I have tried their food and I absolutely did not like it. They always have exceptional customer service. I will recommend Dairy Queen definitely most definitely

The burgers were great. The girl at the register seemed to be having trouble with the other employees doing stuff properly. She had to remake a few orders that we saw while we waited for ours to come out. They also forgot our drink, which is no problem because i just went up and asked, and she gave me the cup. The restaurant is attached to a weird gas station with tons of gaming machines in it that you have to walk past to get to the restroom. The games have some people that my wife was scared of going by to use the restroom because they looked rough.
