Probably the most gross Subway I’ve ever seen or been to.
No way does corporate know how nasty this place is.
Workers outside smoking and vaping.
Other worker inside was disgusting as the gas station its location is shared with.
We were going to grab some food after a sporting event, but obviously opted out.

Would give zero if it’d let me! Wanted some lettuce a side of guacamole and a bun a pretty minimal veggie sub, told manager she was rude so she charged me $11 for it. Then yelled at me when I tossed it back on the counter! Not the first time I’ve done this definitely the last! If customer service isn’t for you should probably get a new job!!

Tried a few times to get a sub.
Everytime I try it something different.
No bread, no meat clearly no manager that knows how to properly keep their store stocked to keep our small town people eating in their own small town.
Update: tried to go in and get a sub. I know it’s really weird but they lacked all the basics. No onions, no tomatoes, 1 type of bread, no soup, no meatballs for my last option easy sub. Not sure what’s ever going on with this place but truly needs to get it together. Only 4 places to eat in town and I keep trying here but won’t again that’s for sure.

I just wanted a salad! I eat here 3 times a week. 4 weeks ago they were out out croutons. I can live without. Today, still out of croutons. My salad is made, then I’m told they are out of tomatoes!! This Subway keeps their stock at bare minimum. Normally also out of chicken too. Service, slow, slow and slower even if I’m the only customer.

This is the second time I have been to this store, and I wasn’t terribly thrilled with the cleanliness of it the first time. But I went to this store around 1:12pm today. When I arrived, there was a man getting two footlongs with few toppings and it took 20 minutes to make. There was a couple in front of me who opted to leave due to time. The server was making no effort to increase his pace despite the fact there was a young girl behind me. As the server was making my sandwich, he had to leave the food serving area to retrieve a serving spoon and neglected to change his gloves (in the midst of a global pandemic). He did comply with changing his gloves when I requested it, which I appreciated. However, in an effort to get others served, I asked him to start helping the next girl in line while my sandwich was toasting. He refused, and the next girl opted to berate me for asking him to change his gloves and and for her to be helped. He said that could help her yet. I’ve been to many Subway’s and I sincerely believe that this is the worst store I have ever visited overall.

I have never had slower service in my entire life. I used to work at a sandwich shop and not sure why the kid that works here takes 5-10 minutes to make one sandwich. She’s not new. Hopefully management can figure that out quickly.

Very disappointed as in 1 year I’ve come to this subway at least 5 times and they never have enough bread to make a family of 4 subs. Never have pizza bread. Never have anything on the menu. This subway should be closed. I can’t see the point in having a subway employee that can’t make time to make the bread or even serve the community. The employees are always hiding in the back room having to wait to be told that they don’t have bread or they are out of something that is a offered meal.

Iv been going to this subway for a long time and iv never experienced anything like last night. Two young men where smoking as I pulled up and went inside shortly after I got out of my vehicle. After not holding the door open for me they looked at me inside trying to figure out if I was heading their way. I told them “I’ll see you down there boys” and they didn’t acknowledge that. Once they got behind the counter they stood and looked at me annoyed rather than asking what I’d like. The whole time that they were making my order they chatted amongst themselves in the most inappropriate and childish behavior. Cussing frequently, mocking management, and talking very badly about their job. On top of their behavior, the guy making my sub couldn’t work and talk at the same time. It took forever to make one sub. After I went to the gas station counter I made a remark to the nice gentleman in a sarcastic tone “those boys are something else”. I was trying to feel out if he was a manager or regular employee. He didn’t respond back so he may not have heard me. I was very disappointed when I left. If they hate their job and management im not sure why they are still working there.

I’ve been to Stockbridge subway 3 different times in 3 weeks and 2 time’s there wasn’t any workers!!! Then this time i went. They had NO BREAD!!! SAID IT GOT BURNT THIS MORNING AND NOBODY MADE MORE!!! SO AT 5:30PM TONIGHT!!! NO BREAD. SAID COMEBACK IN an hour or so and we should have some thawed out!!! What the heck!!! Close this subway it’s a joke!!! Then last week went to Gregory, mi. To subway Because Stockbridge didn’t have any workers and Gregory didn’t have chicken, bacon or Tomatoes!!! Close Up!!!

Dirty, not enough help, out of supplies. Out of breads, meats etc. Servers are overwhelmed because customers are not happy with not having what they came in for. This has happened several times not just once. Owners an managers should do more to give customers what is advertised on TV. Other SubWays can do it why can’t ours?
