We ordered two beers, a flatbread, and wings.
For nearly 40 minutes, the only thing on our table was two beers.
During that time, a couple who arrived after us received their appetizer, finished their food — while we were still waiting.
The restaurant was not busy, and no one checked in, explained the delay, or acknowledged the situation.
Our food finally came out right as we were about to leave.
Yes, it tasted fine — but after waiting that long with empty plates, it didn’t matter.
Good food cannot make up for being ignored.
This was frustrating, disappointing, and a complete waste of time.
I won’t be returning.

Our food wasn’t good, but maybe it’s just what we ordered? The cheese was like plastic and tasted like processed cheese- i don’t think it was natural cheese. The fries were limp and soggy. Random stuff seemed to have been vinegar soaked? It was packed though, the wait for food was long, an hour. Our order was wrong too, but it took so long and we were starving so we just ate what they brought and never mentioned it. The staff didn’t seem to know much about their menu. We likely won’t return in the future. The bar seemed to be doing great and the place was very clean. There were families and couples, friends, and a birthday party. Lots of big screen tvs. We’ve never been to a different restaurant in their chain so not sure if the food was standard or not.

The Philly rueben sandwich and fries were not what I expected. The fries were stale tasting, and the rueben was tough in spots. The place was covered in Televisions, which is understandable for a sports bar. Had basically in my face at the booth I was in. The waitress was promptly with her service but not sure prices were justified for what was served. The pop probably came out of the gun at the bar that you get your adult drinks from. It tasted off. Unless I missed it on the menu, I didn’t see a steak on it.

Great place to watch any sports. Lots of TVs. Very large menu with lots of options. There are not a ton of healthy options if you don’t want salad. Service was very attentive. Ordered appetizer was missed by kitchen, but corrected very quickly. We enjoyed our meal and left no calorie behind.

I have been to this location on a few occasions with no issues until yesterday around 5p. Me and the person I was with were seated promptly and received our drinks and food in a timely manner. I ordered 6 breaded wings which were not breaded at all with one of them being undercooked. The female server who had longish black frizzy hair never came to check on us at all. She never even asked us how the food was when she finally brought the check. I always tip at least 20% but left it a bit short on this visit. I should have left nothing. I will NEVER come back here!

My coworker and I had a warm and wonderful experience. Our server was very responsive to use entering the establishment. We were greeted with a friendly smile and a rundown of what the menu offered. We found our server Riley, to be very helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent customer – great place to unwind for a lunch break.
The ambience within the establishment was nice, spacious and clean.

Tried a new to us local joint and it didn’t disappoint. Our server was friendly and quick. Drinks never hit empty before refills hit the table. Food was tasty and hot. Give it a shot.

Typical BASEMENT, but service times tend to lag behind the lakes and N Canton. Same food – seemed the same.
Take-out is tough unless you want to call and do it verbally and price wise they are not competitive vs Wingstop or Firehouse.
Our only issue is the wait on food – the food was good, the experience was not – and with many other options that are the same price or less – we’ve just not been back. If you can eat their specials – they are great deals, unfortunately I’m limited to off the menu. 48 bucks seemed a bit high for what we had.
