Longtime parlor featuring wood fired pizzas & typical Italian fare, plus craft brews & sangria.

This place had so much potential from the outside. It seemed cute, and the initial entrance was warm and cozy. My boyfriend ordered a Caesar salad that was heavily deconstructed. I suppose the intent was to be edgy, but the charred lettuce leaves left the lettuce soft and mushy. It almost felt lazy as you had to chop up your own salad. I ordered the harvest salad which was mediocre, and really required a dressing with more flavor. It was tasteless. My mocktail was ok. The main issue is that after the meal, my boyfriend and I were both nauseous, and have had GI upset for several days. I would not recommend this place. At least if I’m going to get GI upset, it should be from mind blowing dishes, and not flavorless food.

We will definitely be back. Was very impressed with the food/flavors. Everything was excellent. Many options. The sticky ribs were recommended a few times in reviews and there’s definitely a reason why! The special, crazy Alfredo, was so good. Best I’ve ever tasted & wish I ordered it myself. We are typically very early dinner goers (4pm) and it was quiet when we showed up… but by 430 the place was swamped. Pretty impressive for 430pm!! Reservations necessary!! I would say this isn’t a place for a romantic or quiet dinner in case that helps anyone with their planning. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ thank you!!

Delicious food & super cute restaurant!!! I wasn’t sure what the vibe would be like based on online pictures, I thought it might be more casual but they have 2 different dining areas and they were pretty nice!!
We didn’t make reservations (Saturday night) but we got a table after 15 minutes. However, the hostess did forget about us after seating us at the bar bc she jumped to helping the runners. I had to ask the hostess for a table.
The food was delicious & reasonably priced!!
Would come back.

So glad we gave this place a try. OUTSTANDING FOOD AND SERVICE!! We had a family dinner (including a 8 & 2 year old) and couldn’t have felt more welcomed. Waiter Connor was so attentive and owner Chef Drew even introduced himself and made sure our experience was nothing but a great one. Which they both achieved effortlessly! everything served all the way down to the bread in the beginning of our meal was so delicately delicious!! Buffalo wings were no traditional wings with sauce, they were well seasoned with the perfect kick. Hands down best wings in town.
This restaurant is the perfect balance for families, couples, date night, even anyone looking for good drinks at the bar. Must say Apple cider sangria was to die for (get the pitcher!!!) We will definitely be returning soon for date night.

Not a good experience. Funnily enough my mom said she was there 20 years prior to whatever pizza shop was there before and the service was bad too. Server forgetful. Asked for a knife for pork and she forgot which is understandable but she took so long to come back I ended up getting up to ask. I also let her know that the extra $6 chicken my sister requested was not added to her meal and to please take it off the bill. Once it was checkout time despite asking her straight to her face she did not take the extra $6 chicken off the tab and had to ask again. The food was not flavorful. The rigatoni bolognese had no flavor I continuously had to keep pouring salt and parmesan on it. My sisters meal was ok she said but again was missing the chicken. My mom’s pork was extremely dry, I’m not even kidding she accidentally choked on it but not sure if that was correlated. Wouldn’t come here again. They have some gluten free options which is nice as someone with celiac but again not worth coming food wise. Was wondering if the pizza was good though.

“Low Brow” leaves a bad taste in my mouth that someone died as a direct result of eating here because of a lactose allergy. And this owner won’t allow the professional scientists test the cheese they claimed was lactose free and served her. This 25 year-old young lady is dead, and you refuse to let the scientists test the cheese without you being present, since you know thats against their lab protocol. She died over 2 years ago now. Let them test the cheese!
Also, the food here isn’t good. The Ceasar salad is a joke, 86 it.

Was recommended to try HighBrow and we were not disappointed. Went for lunch. Quick service, quiet atmosphere, delicious short Rib and red onion pizza. Truffle fries were delicious!! Also the Painkiller cocktail was yummy. Beers were a little on the warmer side but other than that… definitely will be back!

Aptly named. The thin crust pizza with hoity-toity toppings is good but neither really creative nor super tasty. The other food offerings are good. The atmosphere is nice. Basically, it feels like it might be a chain, but it isn’t.

Made a reservation for Valentines Day. When we were guided to our table we were sat downstairs, crammed next to other tables with barely any space to move our chairs. We were sat directly next to the stairs. I mean, within a foot of the stairs. Constant chaos as we were also sat right next to a kitchen of some sort. Disappointing to say the least. Our server Rachel was amazing.

We had a birthday party at Highbrow on Saturday 10/17, the same day as the No Kings protest. Northamnpton was very corwded that day, however we had reservations for 7. We arrived and were seated right away, and drinks were ordered. Shortly after we ordered our food, mostly pizzas and a few entres and waited 90 minutes with no follow up from the wait staff before we asked what the hold up was. The staff said they were very busy however the restaurant was not even half full and wait staff were standing around talking. They said they can only make 5 pizzas at a time and were handling many orders. After getting a bit irrate, I asked again and our food came 1 hour and 45 minutes after ordering and not all at once, rather with me waiting for my entre while the party waited to eat to my objection, before my food arrived. The food was not very good and certainly not worth the wait. After all this waiting, I would expect them to comp us drinks or something for the inconvience. The final insult was they put an automatic and unearned 20% tip on the bill due to the size of the party. While I often tip 25%, the standard is 15% and subject to the judgement of the client, not the establishment. I found it was much better under previous management when I was a big fan of the place. It was clear they make a priority of take out orders over sit down service. I will not be returning.
