FORESTST PARK OLD DIXIE LOCATION
I did not want to give the one star❗❗They answer the phones like their at home …hello no thanks for calling American Deli or anything lol. They put you on hold and never comes back had to call back at least 4 times. The food was requested to be cooked fresh. My wings and philly combo and side of extra 6pc wings was mixed with old and fresh wings used a lot of sauce to cover up the difference in appearence. The wing combo wins were dry and the philly meat cooked to dark. I also got a drink that was not sealed. Sent pictures to door dash snd filed formal complaint. Called with door dash on 3way call so that they could witness my experience. They were shocked and esclated the issues to higher level of concern. The pictures of my order was sent as well. When I called to speak to manager the games started❗❗❗Department of health called and FDA I will have the last laugh manager refuse to talk to customers

The drink was good the wings were only good because of the sauce the shrimp fried rice was only good because of the sauce I took the shrimp fried right back because it tastes like burnt they gave me fries we will see what the fries taste like here goes my pictures and videos

Do not eat at this location. The lobby smelled disgusting. My fried rice smelled as if something spoiled was in it. I bit into my chicken and chewed a piece of wire. Absolutely would not recommend.

Customer service was fine but the wings were not great. I ordered a ten piece and the wings tasted like they were fried in the same grease as the fish, which gave it a fishy taste. I only ate three wings and threw the rest of them away. If I wanted fish, that’s what I would’ve ordered. Waste of money and time.
