This Mexican restaurant name has changed it is now called:
El Sabor De Mi Valle Mexican Cafe. Owner told me the name of Restaurant changed on August 10, 2025. Name Change or not their food is still delicious❤️ First time eating here at Santos Café. When I saw Santos Cafe’s restaurant sign above their building, in front of their restaurant entrance. I said this doesn’t look good ? because the sign was faded really bad. But I said don’t judge a book by its cover and give this restaurant a chance. So I walk in expecting the Worst. As I walk into this Restaurant I noticed this restaurant was very spacious, very CLEAN, their AC central Air working Good and their San Antonio Health Inspection was a 91 the food was flawless! Meat was tender and tasting really delicious, the rice delicious, their salad and avocado fresh, tea really good, tortillas were amazing, salsas tasty and good. Last but not least The Boracho Beans were flawlessly delicious with the sausage, and all the other ingredients inside made these Boracho Beans one of the best Boracho Beans I ever tasted❤️ I will definitely come back to this restaurant❤️

Not every Mexican restaurant are created equal. One thing for sure, the food here was delicious indeed. I don’t know who created Migas, I can assure you, Migas are a delicious breakfast considering in scrambled eggs with crunchy tortilla chips inside, which gives it that flavor that burst with flavor in your mouth. The coffee however, was sort of weak and not strong as I was expecting it to be. But its ok, it was good. But it could have been better. The atmosphere was perfect with few decorations. They have a big space and plenty of tables. The waiter was very concerned about my needs. She’s very friendly. I recommend this place by all means.

The food looked very promising, yet was kind of a letdown. I was a little more disappointed with the fact that it wasn’t very busy when I went (which should have been a sign for me…I’m a slow learner sometime.). The food lacked in flavor for the most part. I asked for my coffee in a togo cup, but it came in a regular mug. I also asked for corn tortillas, yet I received flour. So the waitress was a little inattentive or maybe had A.D.D (which would be my issue if I worked here.) I’d also like to mention the fact that the gentleman at the table next to me also didn’t receive the pancake he ordered when he received his plate. The food was tasteless, and I always love me some nopales…I left my nopales on the plate, because they just lacked in flavor. When I left, I did find some delicious candies and desserts…and more importantly chimoy with tajin candy apples. If I ever go back to this place, it would just be for the candy apples. Oh yes, the bacon was good, but the beans were runny. ‍♀️

The service is amazing here! We got to meet Fernando who treated us with warmth. We were headed down to the valley for Easter weekend and made a stop here. Trust me y’all, the food is delicious, the tortillas were perfect and tasted just like home! Definitely come here y’all! Amazing people. Great food! God bless Fernando and his family! Keep doing what y’all do!

My sister and I have been coming here for about 3 years, almost every Monday morning. The staff is very friendly, love the atmosphere, and the food is good, favorite is the breakfast tacos; especially the barbacoa ❤️ they recently started doing iced coffee, finally tried their caramel macchiato and DAMN, it was awesome! 20/10 will always recommend this place for breakfast tacos (and now coffee) in this area

Place is tucked away in a corner of a shopping area. Walked in for the first time and I noticed the place was clean and well lit. We were told we could sit wherever we wanted to. Waitress was courteous and helpful with the selections on the menu. I ordered migas and the plate came in hot and smelled delicious. The taste was wonderful and the beans and diced potatoes were equally super. Overall the service was excellent and the food was authentic and delicious. Highly recommended.

Fernando was awesome! The food was fresh. I had the huevos ranchers plate and I also had a bacon with egg taco. They put full slices of bacon in the taco. My wife got the chorizo with egg and bean with bacon. All the food was amazing.
