Every time I come here without fail, it’s the same girl with short hair and a beanie today Working on the food and every Time I come here and order food it’s her on the food just complaining that she’s backed up and that it’s too much for her. I always end up waiting like Something simple like hashbrowns today I waited 20 minutes for my hashbrowns just for them to tell me that there was no hashbrowns while she complains I stood in the way so I could kind of see what she was doing just to see how long I would be there and then she rudely kinda asked me if I need my order taken and then when another girl tells her that I’m waiting for food, she starts complaining every single time without fail. It’s the same experience that I constantly have here so I’ll no longer be going here and I’ll be going to the Circle K. I don’t know if she just needs help and there needs to be two people on food or if she really just isn’t paying attention and keeping up.

When you go through drive thru, at the very least they should know their own donut menu or help you make a selection. Telling the customer you don’t have donuts at Dunkin is hilarious.

More talking to workers than doing actual work. 20 minute wait for one person, taking time getting food that took 4 minutes to get back to a person, which normally if no distractions is a 3 second wait. Short staffedish

We stopped off as our 4 year old needed the restrooms, the guy was very helpful and said we don’t need to buy anything and to help ourselves.
However, out of courtesy I felt obliged to buy some donuts and coffee. They were lovely tasting and the lattes were really tasty!

Sucks at making simple coffees. Even for a simple frozen coffee, they seem to mess tha up every time I order, send it back and they get annoyed at you like I’m not the one that knows what I’m doing.

It doesn’t matter how nice the landscaping is or how good the food is if it takes a half hour to get through the drive through. There’s no pull-away either in the event your quick trip here turns into a long haul, so go somewhere else if you have somewhere to be.

Gotta be one of the best-looking Dunks I’ve ever been in. The staff is great too, they’ll see you and they’re quick to offer service. The food is fresh, and if you’re in line waiting, you won’t wait long. I’ve been to many Dunks in the state with this one being an easy #1. Mansfield Crossing right up behind it at #2.

I love how dunkin projects how they care so much about the children especially their 5/23 day with children’s hospital…yet after my child was discharged from the hospital i went there ordered him a large watermelon raspberry refresher b/c thats the only thing we could get him to drink. I also ordered myself a latte. While waiting for my latte I realized he wanted it in a small cup (toddlers for ya) So i asked for a small cup of ice and was denied. She said i would have to come into the store to get that. I said really? its for my baby? I will pay. She said yes i would have to charge you but u have to come inside. not to mention before this i tipped her a 1.10$! Which i will never tip again at this dunks. Unreal how you would make a parents life just a little more difficult esp with a sick child. #DOBETTER
