Can’t even get an order right Ask for a taco light meat. Extra cheese. No lettuce and I got normal tacos with lettuce that I ordered. No lettuce. No extra cheese I got and so much meat never go here ever again. No one you get charged for extra. It sucks

Ordered food from this tacobell only to get empty tacos the wrong chalupa and everything was wrong with the order no chips in the lux box. I would be better off eating at del taco for real. Not to mention the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life.

I’ve been coming here for a few weeks now and I’ve only had good experiences. I work nights at Hemet Hospital and get some midnight dinner here. The staff of Cylie and Veronica on nights have been great! No errors on food, good recommendations, and friendly service. I’ll be coming here in the future!

Went to Taco Bell to use their restroom, but was told it was for paying customers only by one particular employee. I simply told them that I would buy something after I use the restroom, but was denied. I felt profiled and insulted for simply requesting to use the restroom. Very poor service and do not recommend this place in the mornings.

We really try to avoid this location due to it being very consistent in making errors.
We use door dash a lot for fast food delivery but whenever ordering taco bell we specifically change location to the west Florida location or the ca 74 location cause this spot will literally just send some random stuff in place of what you ordered
Today fortunately the only random substitutes were for our beverages (ordered Pepsi and oj, received mt dew and sprite)
The food quality was still just meh
My crunchwrap supreme had basically no meat in it
Our crunchy taco surpremes were mostly tomato
The fries were chill as per usual (just a large fry not loaded or anything)
A beefy 5 layer that was just ok (the ingredients seem less and less everytime)
The one perk to the meal was the grilled cheese burrito, that was tasty
Our cheese quesadilla was fine, it was for my kiddo he was pleased

New live MAS theme music is blasting so loud I can’t even hear myself think. Self order still isn’t ideal tried to add an ice tea to my order and it would work. Definitely disappointed

While at the Taco Bell on Florida Ave, I had a new experience. They only have a touch screen to order.
Not my preference but a corporate decision to save money.
The problem is, I waited until I was fed up and demanded my food or a refund. It was a 20 minute wait with no one before me. Only the drive thru was being taken care of. This was the same for customers after me as well. They were completely under staffed. And with only a machine to deal with the public, total chaos!!!
Higher prices, I have to do someone’s job and the staff is stressed out and can’t handle the orders, I’ll go somewhere else!

Waited forever for the dining room to open, the drive thru was packed and super slow during the closure. Now it’s open and the drive thru is closed but nobody is working on helping customers. I checked in for my order of just two tacos and after waiting 10 minutes i had to leave to go to work. I’ll dispute the transaction with my bank because I’m sure their resolution is no better than their service.

Prices are simply to high for what what you get. 1.79 for a chicken Chipotle melt pictured below. And a crunch wrap supreme for 3.99 with hardly any meat. A steak quesadilla for 4.69 and 1.40 for extra steak was pitiful. All 3 crapy items pictured below. Don’t get me started on the dimpy 2 buck burritos either.. Come on I know I’m eating at taco bell but seriously ppl. Honestly for the money spent for my family I could have gotten real quality actual Mexican food down the street. You will never see me here a again. This the first time I had been back since they cut their menu down. Should have just stayed away!
