Ordered the jbc biggie bag. Sandwich ice cold, 1/2 the hamburger was missing and bacon was missing. Cheese is also speckled??? Fast service, crap food! Got during lunch break so no time to return. Definitely will not go back or recommend!

Absolutely do not recommend Greencastle Wendy’s. Both beef and chicken sandwiches were raw and instead of informing us that they ran out of normal chicken nuggets they let us find out when our toddler bit into a spicy one and started crying. Not to mention the staff at the counter was making rude comments about customers when we came in…which I would have let slide if they could at least do their job at the same time but clearly not.

Yes, we spoke to management. We placed our order through the app so we cannot even receive a refund until the corporate line opens again.

We will be taking this as far up as we need to. At this point this is a food safety issue. No one should be paying $30 for food poisoning or a potential allergic reaction because they substitute whatever they want to with no warning.

Food was disgusting and burnt. Didn’t receive the chili that was ordered. Chicken sandwich was gross and seemed to be put back in the fryer after sitting out to long, had a funny taste so did the burgers. Got sick from eating there.

I swear every time we come to eat here and go through the drive through everyone working is high out of their minds and can’t process simple interactions and have to ask what you ordered over and over again and still get it wrong. They have attitude and sound pissed that you decided you wanted something to eat today. One time went through the drive through and the cashier’s eyes were more red than Wendy’s hair and everyone was smoking over the food and passing around a weed pen… it was so cloudy in there from all the smoke and it wasn’t coming off the grill.

Stopped here two days in a row with our work crew and both days they were out of things we wanted both days. The second day they took two orders and then waited to tell us they for got they didn’t have it and then got mad at us over their mess up. The manager was complete rude to us and the lady behind the counter was too when we never once stepped out of line or was rude to them. Place is pissed poor managed and it shows how badly the manager is at her job.

I want to commend Aiden. I don’t do a ton of reviews, but this dude was worth it. I walked to Wendy’s this morning for breakfast, because online says they’re open, and was told by aiden due to them being short staffed the lobby was closed. I explained that I didn’t have a vehicle to go through drive thru and he allowed me in to order. That is great customer service. That’s something that isn’t often seen these days. I can’t say the same for who I presume is his manager, who saw me and exclaimed “The lobby is closed” before I informed him of the situation. He huffed, and just walked away. I hope he sees this too. Bro. I was a shift manager in a downtown indy starbucks. If you can’t handle wendy’s in greencastle with 4 people (btw, I was told there were only 2 people, but definitely 4) then you’ve got the wrong job homie.

The Greencastle, Indiana Wendy’s is awesome. I ordered my food on the mobile app and accidentally sent it to the wrong restaurant. We couldn’t find a way to switch or cancel it in the app, so they gave me my food for FREE! Thank you!
