I was ordering chicken tenders meals for 2 needy families, they only had one 10 piece ready and 20 minute wait for another order. So I ordered burger meals for the 2nd order and asked them to bag them separate. I pulled up to window and after 5 minutes of watching the girl that was bagging the food play with her hair, I was asked to pull up to wait for my food. Food was brought out in one bag, fries were cold, and I didn’t get my entire order. Picture of one of the burgers is attached! Pitiful!!!

Hate Hardee’s food but the breakfast. That’s always really good. We got it this morning and love it!! February 12, 2022 HERE WE GOOOO!!!! Ham biscuit and cinnamon roll…. It was decent! Can’t really screw this up but how cute are these biscuits? Ate a ham biscuit and French toast sticks. So good!

I love Hardee’s but the past few times we have gone it has not been a great experience. Today, we came through the drive tru for breakfast and the employee was extremely rude and short with us at the speaker and at the window. Might be a while before trying this location again.

I would like to know how a $5.99 bag meal cost $8.62 after tax can somebody explain that one and no don’t even say it’s taxed because I’ve checked it’s not taxed it’s called a ripoff you screwed me out of two dollars and I want to know why and there was no receipt in the bag.

Pulled up at 5:55 to get ready to get my order before I went To work. Well, I saw three people out in front of the store, smoking and drinking, which was fine because it wasn’t 6 AM yet which is when the storm is supposed to open at 6:06 I placed my order and get in line and nobody ever came to the intercom so I drove around to the window. It is now 613 they walked by and looked at me twice and totally ignored me. I will never come to this Hardee’s again. There used to be someone here that was responsible and did a great job every morning and I don’t know who you have working in here now the fire them because they are gonna lose your business.

I don’t know what has happened to Hardee’s on Timberlake because it use to be the best one in the area, but it has become awful! The hash browns tasted horrible, making me wonder if they have changed the frying oil recently. My egg and cheese biscuit, the egg was brownish yellow and tasted old. My family and I will not be returning!

We got sausage and gravy biscuit. The gravy is usually in a closed container. Gravy was coming out the bag. The sausage was added to gravy and not part of gravy. It was half patties. I was very disappointed. I have always bragged on Hardees gravy biscuit. Time for me to stop eating out. No matter where I go, the quality of food prepared at restaurants has diminished greatly while the prices have more than doubled.

Modern fast food has drifted far from its original mission to serve good food to customers quickly and for a competitive price. Luckily, Hardees recognizes this mission drift and has taken some corrective action. for example, they brought their “original bag” back, which allows customers to buy 2 cheese burgers, a small fry, and drink all for $ 6.50. However, low prices and high quantities are not enough to bring this fast food giant back to greatness. High costs of labor and poor employee performance still inhibit Hardees from reaching peak efficiency metrics. However, while many fast food giants such as McDonald’s have moved to self order kiosks that automate the purchasing process, Hardees is still operating on purchasing technology from the 1990s!
It took 5 minutes to even get a cashier to the register to take my order. On top of that, there was a 15-minute wait to receive my food. 20 minutes of waiting after I paid to receive my food.
In terms of the food, it didn’t blow me away, but for $6.50, I’d say that’s a good deal.

The food we got was good, but was told it would be a “while” before any chicken was ready to be cooked. The place was not busy at all, no music playing or anything. We just ate in quiet solitude and then went on our merry way.
