Great McDonalds, I’ve been coming here for years. Local residents and remember when this place had a play place. Even then it was a well run place. Staff is friendly, orders are always correct. Service is fast. I picked up an online order this time. Place is clean inside and outside. Plenty of parking. No complaints, thank you for the great service for years.

Terrible service at this McDonald’s. No one was at the front to take my order, and I could hear staff in the back talking about customers in Spanish. The older Spanish women working there are rude, always making faces, and act annoyed when you ask for help. This happens all the tine no one is ever up front.Upper Management needs to fix this. Overall a good place, mistakes here and there from time to time. I had ordered 4 big breakfasts with hotcakes about two weeks ago and one of my orders was missing the hotcakes. ♀️ Today I went back bought nuggets and a mocha frappe. More than halfway done with my drink, I found plastic while sipping on it and now I feel nauseous. Do better, please.
Update: I’ve gone back to this place is the closes to where I live and haven’t had much problems with my orders. I do mobile orders and for the most part everything is good.

I just want to speak on the poor customer service at this McDonald’s. The womens service working inside are often rude and always have an attitude on their faces. If you don’t want to work, then don’t show up to work. No one wants to come to McDonald’s and be treated with disrespect. The older woman in the black shirt with a ponytail (looks around 50–60 years old) consistently has an attitude every time. It’s unacceptable. Please do better. Customers deserve better treatment. It’s always the Women in the front !!!

The manager has Horrible customer service on the register. No interaction with me ,just straight rush me through my order.She look at people with a rude face . Instead of smiling she’s always frowning. While she was at the register she left the register to go in the back to tell empolye to give a small cup of water to the people at the drive thru when the person comes. Mind you i speak Spanish ,she didn’t even know I heard her conversation .Which was very rude of her to walk off when we was in middle of a conversation about my order . Run back the camera on August 19,2025 at @6:50pm. Instead of gossiping she should be working.
