Ordered nachos with peppers and there were no peppers. My granddaughter’s kids meal was served with a busted container of gravy that got EVERYWHERE. Also, the manager lady was rude the time before this trip. By all means, make sure you order nuts on your Sundae BEFORE you pay for it. She was kind of rude about it! The inside of the restaurant was clean. The lady who took our order this trip was very nice.

I visited the Dairy Queen in Atlanta, TX and experienced one of the most frustrating and inconvenient customer service situations I’ve had in a long time.
I placed a fairly large order for my family. When I received the food, the order was incorrect, so we had to circle back to have it fixed. After returning, the order was adjusted, but we later realized the fries were still missing, requiring us to go back yet again — in snow and icy conditions, no less.
When we reached the window, the manager from Texarkana was polite and professional. He reprinted the receipt to confirm the order, which I appreciated. However, that professionalism was immediately undone when an older employee named Tina came to the window and said, “Now what you missing?”
The tone and wording were dismissive, irritated, and accusatory, as if this ongoing issue was somehow our fault — despite the fact that we had already returned multiple times due to mistakes made by the store.
Instead of an apology or ownership of the error, we were met with attitude. After being inconvenienced repeatedly, hauling a family order back and forth in dangerous weather, the lack of courtesy and basic customer respect was unacceptable.
This experience turned what should have been a simple meal into a needlessly stressful ordeal, and it reflects a serious breakdown in order accuracy, communication, and customer service.

Babyyyyyyy, when I tell you the Dairy Queen in Atlanta,Tx. got the assignment RIGHT!!!
I had a special order on my Beltbuster meal. When I tell you that night shift tonight passed with flying colors. They did. The manager was awesome and also the sweet young lady that took my order in the drive thru window. She got my order all the way RIGHT!!!!

Of all the places in Atlanta and Queen City, this place has the best fast food and service. This is a great place to have lunch or dinner. The food is always good, made to order and service is very quick. This place is always clean too. Kudos to the manager, doing a great job keeping her employees in check.

Service and food was good here. The owners are not taking care of their guests or employees. It felt like a heater was on where you order food and the dining room thermostat read 86. They also have a kids playground that is shut down due to neglect.

Let me start by saying these employees go above and beyond. Each and every time we have brought our family to eat whether it be day or night the staff always makes sure we are well taken care of. Hands down best service in East Texas. We dined in last night and this was the friendliest environment we have visited in quite some time. Service with a smile, super accommodating and overall a very refreshing experience. We will definitely be back!!
