After a long day of traveling home from Christmas, I ordered from uber eats. I ordered 2 kfc bowls combos. I receive 2 sides of a cheese type sauce and 2 sides of a white gravy. Completely unacceptable. Had to report through uber and wait 3-10 days to get my funds back.

Absolutely terrible experience at this KFC. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru around 8:30 PM. The employee who claimed she was the manager made me pull around and come back, even though my drinks were already sitting there the first time.

By the time I finally got them, the drinks were completely watered down. When I politely asked for fresh drinks, she refused and said she would charge me again. That is ridiculous and unacceptable, especially coming from a “manager.”

To make it worse, I was charged extra for buffalo ranch and it wasn’t even in the bag.

Slow service, missing items, watered-down drinks, and a manager with a terrible attitude. This place clearly does not care about customers. Do not recommend at all.

I had a very poor experience at this KFC drive-thru tonight around 8:30 PM. I placed a mobile order and went through the drive-thru. The employee who stated she was the manager told me to pull around and come back, even though I could clearly see my drinks already sitting there the first time.

By the time I finally received my drinks, they were completely watered down. I politely asked if they could be replaced, and she told me no, and said she would charge me again if she did. That is unacceptable customer service.

On top of that, I was up-charged for buffalo ranch, and it was not included in my bag.

Between the long wait, watered-down drinks, missing items, and the manager’s rude and unhelpful attitude, I do not recommend going to this location. Very disappointing experience.

– haven’t had KFC in years (none left locally, average distance was between 15/20 miles away) and this one happened to be there and I wanted to see what I was missing from what I remember… So… look at my pics from what I saw on the menu to what I actually received.!!?! The flavor was somewhat from what I remember, the chicken was overcooked, warm and chewy, the mashed potatoes and gravy was thin and very salty.!?! Definitely Not from what I remembered getting before, which was tender, flavorful, hot and just really good… Now it tastes like boiled chicken out of a bag on top of watery mashed potatoes and barely covered in an overly salted gravy.!!?!
Disappointed that my craving was not satisfied nor sated… Times are definitely changing, and Not for the best.!!!

I bought 2 orders od 2 pcs chicken dinner it comes with fries. One order is missing fries and biscuits. So i will give them just 3 stars. The employee’s need to focus what their doing and naje sure double check the box if everything us in the box.

10/25/2025 at 9:15pm. They closed the dining room when store hours are until 12:00am. We went to the drive through, ordered a 16pcs Family Meal and they gave us issues at the window. We asked for a refund, and asked for a receipt. They showed us the screen and said “we don’t have paper” move your car. Dinning rooms should stay open as posted on your store hours online, on the posters on your dinning windows and doors.

Walked in and was greeted with excellent customer service, they asked if I needed any help with anything I was just using the kiosk thing. I found a great deal on it and got a whole meal for 5.34 after taxes! Took a little bit but nothing extreme for wait time. Food was fresh and warm and came in a nice little bag to carry and had a fork and napkins if I needed them “you’d think that’s normal but a lot of places forgot that!” Overall I would definitely stop by if you’re looking for something pretty cheap while still getting good fast food, the lobby and restroom was also exceptionally clean and had nice chilling music.

30 minutes after ordering i was told they were out of sandwiches. After changing my order I had to wait another 40 minutes for my food and my order was wrong twice.

If you are thinking about fried chicken here, it will probably be faster to goto the store then make it yourself.

Took 25 minutes to make 2 sandwiches, 4 tenders and 2 small sides. In the end the sandwich got the wrong patty ment for the smaller sandwich, trying to get help through the app support is useless as there is a 20 minute wait and it doesn’t notify you when it starts and will end support convo with no resolution. We order 2 sandwiches. 1st is the one with the patty that is smaller and breaded differently.
