Picked up a pizza and 4 apple caramel cheesecakes. Got home and the cheesecakes were upside down. We’re not cold. Pizza was dry and extremely thin. The cheesecake did not taste as good as the Dallas location. Will not be going back to the Clearfork location again. Waste of $83.

We visited this establishment for the first time to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience; it wasn’t overly crowded, and the atmosphere was delightful. Our server was exceptionally pleasant and attentive, taking our order and delivering our food in a very timely manner. The most enjoyable aspect was undoubtedly the delicious pizza and salad. We will certainly be returning!

Grimaldi’s is our absolute favorite pizza parlor! My family and I love their pizza. It’s crunchy, creamy, zesty, and always cooked to perfection. Great atmosphere, the perfect espresso martini and love their ricotta and fresh mozzarella. Literally the best; I tell no lies! Don’t skip dessert either- we’ve tried them all, so good!!!!

I have been to lots of Grimaldis establishments before but this is the worst staff experience I have had. There have been quite a few times that I have returned to this location and each time I am met with either rude staff members or have been seated but not served for 20 mins. The server proceeded to serve a table of 7 who walked in 8 minutes after we did and had no reservation. While my date and I had already been seated for 8 minutes. We had no one come over to order our drinks. So we got up and ordered take out from the bar and left. It’s Grimaldis so I had to give it 3 stars at a minimum. The pizza is good, but the staff and service here just is subpar and not to the standard that I am usually met with at Grimaldis.

If you want to spend a whole afternoon eating lunch, this is the place for you. We spent 2 hours here as a party of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). Our pizza took forever. We ordered 2 beers and had to remind our server 20 min after ordering and he finally brought them. Pizzas were coming out for tables that ordered much later than us. Our server was nice but slow. You could tell the 3 servers on staff had way too many tables each and were stretched way too thin. The only positive is that the food was good once it finally did come out. The women’s bathroom had no soap and no paper towels and tables sat dirty for a long period of time.

John was truly exceptional. He attentively addressed all of our needs, even during a very busy time. Despite being short-staffed, John and his team still delivered outstanding customer service. I appreciate his dedication and care. Thank you, John, for everything!!
We look forward to returning.

This pizzeria was highly recommended by a friend. Therefore the expectation was high. Well, it failed. The service was slow and the restaurant was only a third full.
The pizza was good, not outstanding, but good. “Nothing to right home about”. Not worth the price.
No kids menu! So I ordered a bowl of Italian meatballs and they were overcooked and dry. My child didn’t eat them.
For my family of three it cost me $41. I stick to my local Italian restaurant.
The atmosphere was really authentic and cool. The wine bottle chandeliers, metal squares ceiling tiles and large glass window to see the chef’s toss the pizza dough and cook in a brick oven.
Would I return? No because of the price and service.

I’ve been a fan of Grimaldi’s Pizza for a while now, but my recent experience at their Fort Worth location left me extremely disappointed. My girlfriend was at the Clearfork shopping center, and I eagerly asked her to pick up an 18″ traditional cheese pizza with extra cheese from Grimaldi’s to bring home to our house in Weatherford.
Upon receiving the pizza and taking a few bites, I immediately noticed something was off. The pizza tasted like it had been left in the oven for far too long—it was burnt. Disheartened, I flipped the pizza over to confirm my suspicions, and to my dismay, the entire bottom of the pizza was charred black.
What baffles me the most is that someone in their kitchen—a supposed pizza expert—should have known better. Any competent pizza maker knows to check the underside of a pizza while it’s cooking to ensure it’s cooked to perfection, not burnt to a crisp. It’s beyond frustrating to think that the employee responsible for making our pizza either didn’t care or didn’t bother to check, resulting in such a disappointing meal.
Given that we live a good 30 minutes away from the restaurant, this wasn’t just a minor inconvenience—it was a complete letdown. Grimaldi’s should prioritize quality control and customer satisfaction, especially for take-out orders. I urge anyone considering ordering from this location to thoroughly inspect their pizza before leaving. It’s unfortunate that Grimaldi’s failed to deliver on their reputation this time, and it has definitely left a sour taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively.

My husband and I went for the first time last Saturday for dinner. We walked inside, after telling the host we would like to eat outdoors, and she told us we could go outside and choose a table. She was a young girl, looked Italian with dark long hair. The table hadn’t been cleaned and when she came over a dirty napkin was on the table. She handed us our menus and looked at our table and turned to walk away. I asked her if she could take the napkin and clean our table. She looked like we were inconveniencing her, so she begrudgingly picked up our table cloth, shook off the food and flipped it over. We tried to make light of it and she rudely walked away.
It did take awhile for our waitress to come but she was very nice and accommodating. I ordered the top shelf margarita and I’ve had better. My husband ordered the sangria cocktail with apples and tasted very tart.
The appetizer was on a Charcuterie Board with meat, olives and cheese with bread. The bread was cold and dry. Wasn’t impressed with any of it.
Positive note- our Margherita Pizza was very good. Hot, fresh from the oven. Tasted like NY pizza. If we were to go back, I would definitely order that again. But that’s all I would probably order.
