Was ignored by two employees sitting at a table snacking 30m before close while one girl was doing everything else. They wouldnt even acknowledge my presence even after standing there for nearly 10 minutes. There were no other customers inside. Horrible customer service except for the 1 girl running around making all the drinks and working the drive thru.

If you’re looking for a quiet Starbucks on a Friday afternoon, this is the perfect spot! After a long week of sales and appointments, it was just what we needed. The drive there was pleasant, and the barista who took care of my order was very attentive. To top it off, she even spelled my name correctly—something that rarely happens at Starbucks! Overall, a fantastic experience! ♀️

This location is one of the better ones to go to in my experience. They’re usually quick to get the orders made and have them ready for pick up when I make mobile orders. What you get drink wise stays fairly consistent with a hiccup every now and then, mainly with ice London fog drinks that I order. Overall, 4 stars.

This is the BEST Starbucks in Bluffton. The staff here are so friendly and accommodating. Ordered ahead on the app but had issues with my daughter’s drink. Came in with my pregnant daughter and they made her drink exactly how she wanted. I had the new Lavender Latte and it was perfect.

Went in to order my drink, the store was slow inside and drive-thru had a few cars. I ordered 1 frappucino and no food, my total was $6+ and I tipped $3. I stood there waiting for 12 minutes while the barista proceeded to make several drinks for mobile orders for people that weren’t event there. RUDE, DON’T TIP UNTIL YOU GET YOUR ITEMS.

I was really impressed with this location. It was very very clean. All the tables were clean and even where they make the coffees was clean even though it was really busy. The staff is super friendly. They also seem to like each other and get along really well.

Newest issue here is the Grande macchiato drinks are filled 2/3 or 3/4 from full. You don’t seem to have this problem with Venti ones. For $6-$8 drinks this seems a little ripoffish if you ask me. Address this please as it’s been going on for months. Other 2 locations in Bluffton don’t have this problem.
Also, FIX YOUR PRINTERS!!! Lately drinks have been wrong because either the barista is rushed or they don’t read the mobile drink ticket in detail. Having the ticket cut off on the left hand side where you don’t know what should be added or taken away from a drink defeats the purpose and you end up with incorrect prep on the finished drink. Get replacement printers or just service the existing ones and replace the thermal print head assembly on them please. This is getting old quick!

First and foremost, the crew are friendly. This review is not to take away from their hard work. However, I want others to be aware of what I saw. The store as a whole is not very clean. It is a mess. Besides the photos, there were little fruit fly type of flies in the bakery case. It was not appealing to see these conditions especially during this time. It is clear that the shop needs to have a deep clean by others who are not already working hard to serve customers. Our items were good but hard to get down because I could not stop thinking about the store being unsat. I have never been in a Starbucks that was this level of unsat. Pay the price and get and continue deep cleanings. I know I cannot be the only person that has noticed the uncleanliness.
