Cozy little diner with a view of Bear Lake. We felt as if we were family here -even though it was our first time eating here. Our server was very friendly and attentive. They serve breakfast and lunch here. The menu is large with a good selection of items. Our food was brought out hot and the portions were generous. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and delicious. Kid friendly.

Very busy, kid friendly, and casual. I asked for 2 eggs over medium, and they were perfect. The pancake was large and tasted like a pancake should. Other places I’ve been to the pancakes taste like water. I would definitely go there again.

I had one of the best breakfasts and service yesterday morning at this place. I believe her name was Missy. Water and coffee was fresh food was fabulous. I recommend adding the gravy to anything.

All I ordered were hash browns, extra crispy. Not terribly hard, right? This is Lakeside Cafe’s interpretation of extra crispy. The poorly cooked food was only worsened by the smell of cigarettes coming off the waitress. I suspect any sort of competition would put this cafe out of business. In Bear Lake, this is your only option for breakfast though. Bummer.
Edit to add: look at that insane response. A good reflection of the service (or lack there of) you can expect to receive. Just admit you made bad hash browns and that your waitress should probably smoke after their shift. Blaming a customer is nuts and assuming you have video of something that doesn’t exist is equally nutty. Hope you guys go out of business

We stopped in for breakfast. Omg. Best breakfast everrrrrrrr. The sourdough toast is the best. Even tho it was busy, service was prompt and friendly and food was fast and delicious. Katie was our server today and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right. Definitely recommend. Definitely will be back. Thanks so much!!!

You can get stuffed with great food here! We had the stuffed skillet and the stuffed biscuits and gravey. We had a full meal left over for tomorrow.
