No stars! 1st time going to this location. Always go to Dunkin for my coffee. Simply ask nicely if could steam the milk. Right away gave attitude. Hold time talking polite. Started talking other language talking loud with an attitude. Drove to window guy gives me my order. I got the five dollar bundle coffee with the two wraps and they were both cold! I’m going to start recording I’m tired of people messing with my food I can get sick!

I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts daily for about a year and never had any issues—until recently. The past two visits have been disappointing due to how rude the staff has become, even though it’s the same people I’ve always seen.
On one visit, I ordered my usual coffee, bacon, and hash browns. The employee read the order back correctly, and it was displayed properly on the screen. However, when I received my food, the hash browns were missing. I drove back around to let them know, and the male employee told me I wasn’t charged for them—yet when I checked my bank statement, I clearly was.
Then today, when I was placing my order through the speaker, the woman working responded very rudely, saying I was speaking too low and she couldn’t hear me—despite me speaking at a normal level.
What’s frustrating is that I’ve always been polite and respectful, and I don’t feel like that same respect has been returned lately. If the staff is unhappy with their job, that’s not the customer’s fault. Sadly, I will not be returning to this location after this repeated behavior.

God awful experience. Can’t make matcha for the life of them. Leaves it clumpy and gross and then try’s to say that that is how it is supposed to be when I know dang well it’s not. Refused to make a new drink, said we’d have to pay. Worst workers, worst drinks, worst service. Save your money

Very poor hygiene… the employees don’t wear gloves, at least not when it seemed like they were forcibly preparing our order. I told the manager I wasn’t asking for anything free. The ice cream was literally melted, and he said his ice cream was just as it was served. The man with the big beard wasn’t wearing gloves and probably didn’t even wash his hands before serving us. We all wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible and throw it away.

BEST DUNKIN’ LOCATION. We all know DD lost it’s donut touch but NOT THIS Dunkin’! I still can’t figure out why these donuts are so good compared to other locations but I’m not complaining. DELICIOUS— Doesn’t matter if it’s a morning or nighttime purchase. Worth it here.

This is my all time favorite Dunkin. The staff is always so kind especially the morning workers. The food and drinks are always consistent. Whenever I go to a different Dunkin it’s never the same quality as this location. I always get the frozen coffee with butter pecan and blueberry. Never disappoints. I also highly recommend the snackin bacon. It’s the perfect amount of sweet and savory. I think everyone should go to this Dunkin. You guys are my favorite!!
