Wow, one of the cozinest and warm coffee shops I’ve ever been to. Super friendly and good service…..Marcie is the best!

Update: And I just now got to try a latte and it’s actually really good! I find that it’s honestly pretty hard to find a good latte, so I’m usually very pleasantly surprised when I do. The espresso seems like a very good quality and the shots are pulled very well!

Coffee is delicious and huge bonus for me that they have gluten free options. I have gotten the breakfast sandwich several times- great price and tastes fantastic. Nice selection of baked goods as well!

They have absolutely great food and wonderful drink specials. The cafe also includes a large selection of artisan goods, from jams to candles. Those additions give the place a cozy feel and connects you to the community.
For those with children they have a selection of free toys to let this play while you enjoy a cup of coffee.
For the adults they have regular live music events. I don’t know the exact times but it is such a great place to relax and enjoy life for a time.

My daughter and I saw this coffee shop and decided to just stop in on our way through town and it was absolutely delicious! I wish I had a photo of what I ordered. I got a breakfast sandwich and chai and now I cannot wait to stop by again one day. Even all the things they have for sale around the place look like it’s all from locals, and we saw a paper saying there is live music there too. It’s a great place.

A wonderful gem in our town! The food is very good and priced fairly. The owners are the only people I’ve ever seen there and they are extremely pleasant. I can’t drink coffee so it’s refreshing to go to a place that uses loose leaf tea and gets the water for the tea separate from the coffee.

We are so lucky to have this gem on the North Shore of Oneida lake! From the ease of ordering on line, and Marcy’s smiling face when you pickup (or dine in), it is a heartwarming and delicious way to start your day!
They have an extensive menu of goodies for breakfast, but our fave is the customizable breakfast sandwich which is plentiful, fresh, and really just perfect. Not into breakfast stop by for artisan pizzas, or a panini.
They have also expanded their drink menus with and enormous selection of teas, coffees, and refreshing fruit and seltzer drinks.
Marcy and Mike now own this historic building with fun things to shop for, a toy lending library, as well as open mike nights.
Do yourself a favor, it’s worth the drive as you loop the lake and take in all the other small businesses that make our community so strong!

We loved our visit to North Shore Coffee! The coffee was delicious, the breakfast sandwiches phenomenal (particularly if you add sun-dried tomatoes!) and the staff was incredibly kind and friendly. We also loved looking at all of the pottery/jellies and jams/products that are sold in the shop. There’s also a toy library for kids! Highly recommend and we will be back!

North Shore Coffee and Tea Co. is a hidden gem in the Bernhard’s Bay/Cleavland area. The experience of visiting this shop was amazing; from approaching their colorful, welcoming front doors, to chatting with the wonderful staff. During my visit, I tried a breakfast sandwich and a French Toast scone while drinking an Americano — All perfection! I will for sure be revisiting this cozy, adorable shop! ☕
