Stopped in for a quick bite and was pleasantly greeted by a great 5 employee, smiling, ready to take our order. The place was clean and tidy.
The food was fresh, hot and delicious. It was made to order. The prices of the food were comparable to other restaurants. I would definitely stop in again. The bathroom was nice and clean !!
They also have a special of the day and weekly specials along with a monthly shake flavors!!!
October shake flavor is Pumpkin Cream Pie. They also offer “Family Packs” menu providing an option for feeding a group!!! Family Pack options are “Cheeseburgers (5 Pieces) and a Tub of Fries and a “Papa Joe’s (4 Pieces) and a Tub of Fries. The TNT is a Tub of popcorn chicken and a tub of french fries.

Needs to mind their own business about my daughter having sugar. She’s a kid and wanted ice cream cone and cashier made a comment like do you think she needs more sugar. Like mind your business and do your job. Get my ice cream!

This place sucks. Wouldn’t exchange my fries for the tater tots I ordered, wouldn’t let me order a patty for my dog because they were too “Busy”, and they had to reheat it in the microwave because it was cold. And while doing that they didn’t put my condiments back in the bag before they handed me back my bags. It was the manager that said this. 10/10/25 @ 12:40pm

I was driving home to Montana from Hermiston, OR and we stopped here for lunch. Staff was super nice and friendly, very helpful and kind. I missed Zips from my childhood (I used to live in an Idaho town that had one), and I’m so glad we stopped there for lunch.

Food choice at Zips for me was a fish wrap instead of multitude of cheesrburger and tubs of fries offered . Mocha shake was delish. Now if only the young staff would have been wearing gloves and masks so I could feel safe. OR any of the customers. I wore mine and was clearly “out of place”
Not sure if this is part of the Zips Drive-in chain out of Spokane.

Stopped by for a burger and fries on my way through and the burger was a sloppy mess with the bacon all piled up in the middle and barely even warm. The french fries were cold and gross… I Couldn’t even chock them down . They have help wanted on their sign.. yes they need a lot of help with someone who will actually cook the food before serving it.. what a waste of money , I wouldn’t recommend it and I won’t be back

Love Zips. This one is perfect except they don’t have self service sauces, which is something I got used to at other Zips restaurants. Other than that, perfect. Friendly staff, fast service and delicious food. I don’t want to knock them down a star for having to request sauces like every other chain, but, really Zips. Be Zips. Put out the self service sauces.
