My first time in a Panera in 5 to 10 years . This location is a bust. The only thing I can say any good about this place is the wonderful woman behind the counter. She was all by herself. Doing everything hand cutting Bagels because the machine was broken and dealing with all the customers. It’s sad that she is the only one working. My poor experience cannot be blamed on her though. 10:00 in the morning and Panera Bread has no Bagels other than cheese. How do we not have Bagels at Panera Bread. No cinnamon crunch no plain no everything bagel nothing. Shame on you how do you guys even stay in business with this many bad reviews. After my horrible experience I looked at the reviews and this is commonplace here. The restaurant is unappealing they don’t have enough people working and there’s no product. Should just be shut down I remember the route 8 location was good hopefully it still is I will check that out next. Shame on you Panera do better

We visited this Panera in the morning and everyone there was super nice. The gentleman that took our order greeted us and helped us in making decisions on what to order. We got our meal it was amazing. We ordered something wrong and they quickly made it right for us. I had the avocado toast and it was fresh and perfect!!

From a standpoint of Sip Club beverage Service, this Panera is the best I’ve been to. It’s the only Panera where I can do a kiosk order for a beverage and someone calls out my name and hands me my cup in 30 seconds or less. Usually they’re on it very quickly and have their coffee station fully stocked most of the time. Many other places will take 5-10 minutes to hand you an empty cup, if they even do at all.
The managers and staff seem to be hard working and more organized than at other Panera locations.

Every. Single. Time I am here. There is someone at the counter who is confused and the worker isn’t able to help them and I end up standing in place for five minutes before anything even moves along. Posting this review as this is the third straight time this has happened. And the drive through lane is even slower.
Edit: I wrote this review while in line. Once I ordered the cashier didn’t know how to complete the order on her machine so I could process payment. Unreal.

Stopped here on Sunday afternoon and it was packed. Did a mobile order at 1250 and did not get our food until about 107. Was a lil long, but they were honestly slammed. Food was great as always, the bread though was very tough.

Sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes after ordering. No one was in front of me, but multiple behind me. No one ever even came for me to pay, one worker kept coming to the window and looking at us but not opening it or saying anything to us. We ended up just leaving without our food.

I used to love Panera. I don’t anymore. McDonald’s food is better tasting, better quality, and not by much, but cheaper. What happened, in ordered a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich. They up charged me a dollar to use a bagel instead of ciabatta.
The egg looked like a yellow piece of plastic,
There was to TINY pieces of bacon and the cheese was so melted none was left on the sandwich.
And the bagels are half the size they used to be and it was not baked completely it was gooey.
The whole thing taste like I was eating a cardboard box. It had ZERO flavor.
Complete and total disappointment.

I ordered a half dozen bagels to be sliced. My order included 3 everything bagels. Apparently they no longer had everything bagels and they took the liberty of changing my order without even checking with me. They informed me there were no everything bagels and they substituted plain. Not for me. I told them that was not what I wanted. I told them I would take 3 each of Asiago and sesame. The lady goes back (must have tossed the bag she gave me but she just tosses the bagels in the bag and doesn’t slice them. Every single time I go to this location there is a problem and they just don’t care!! So tired of the lack of customer service!!

The cashier was wonderful but the coffee station was terrible. Every carafe was empty and very dirty. There were no stir sticks or napkins. I have seen better coffee stations at car dealerships, much better.
