Have eaten here for years and have never been disappointed. Food and service is always on point, I’ve never had to wait for a table. Today was no exception. Wow!! Our first visit to this local and little known (for now) restaurant and what a surprise it was. Perhaps the most authentic tasting Mexican food this side of Tijuana. The menu has many items you won’t find at the typical Mexican restaurants. I have to gush a minute over the Charro Beans. This appetizer is unbelievably delicious. I have seldom tasted anything as fresh and original as this soup. Pinto beans with chorizo, bacon, cheese, cilantro and onions. The first taste of this soup was so impressive it

You can thank me later! I ordered the Pollo Ranchero. Hot, delicious and cooked perfectly. Dos Lunas touts that every ingredient is fresh and it definitely tastes that way. The salsa is five star. Fresh and mildly spicy. A salsa that ranks as one of the best I’ve tasted. Another plus is the guacamole that came with the meal. Most establishments offer about a teaspoon. Here there is quite a bit more. It’s not a thick pasty guac. It’s very fresh and extremely flavorful. My wife ordered fajitas. They were mixed, a combo of steak and chicken. She loved her meal and gave it a 4.5 out of 5. Are we going back? Oh heck yes!! If you find yourself hungry in the Tipp City area stop here at this hidden gem. You won’t be Disappointed!

Not a good place to eat at if you have food allergies. I confirmed with two people, the food I ordered for my 2 year old daughter did not contain her allergy. I even asked to see the bag of chicken nuggets to confirm it was free of her allergen. They said it was not necessary because it was free of her allergen. Even with all of the confirmations, the food they served had the allergen because my daughter had a reaction.

Great choice for Mexican! Complimentary chips and salsa were tasty, along with all of the food we received. The meats in our burritos were tender and flavorful. Service was friendly.

Delicious, as usual. Really, the only Mexican place that we can eat where we don’t feel sick afterwards. And we live two and a half hours away, but we always make sure to go there whenever we are either heading towards or coming home from a location out that way. I always order a large container of the hot salsa to go because it’s delicious, and then I put it in smaller containers and freeze them so that I can pull them out whenever I want.

On the left is Fajita quesadilla/chicken and on the rt., Arroz Texano. The meals, chips and salsa were delicious and all had good authentic flavors. Will definitely go again.

First of all, there are no prices on the menu. Secondly, service was hit, and miss, chips and salsa came out quick but that was the only thing that was quick. Lastly, I ordered the Huevos Ala Mexicana, and it was very bland and had no flavor. I had about two bites and complained to the staff and was charged over $11 for the lunch portion. Her response, I’m so sorry your first experience was bad. Just remember, you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression. Fridas Mexican restaurant never disappoints!
