When and why so expensive anymore? I use to go like once a week for decades and have such fond memories. I understand everything is up but come on Krystal I feel like you’ll be shutting down if you don’t lower your prices. One more thing every time I pass by it’s empty so there ya go

I’m rating the food based on other Krystal restaurants. Everything was fresh. But the place looks like you could by a used human liver out of the back door. It’s probably the most run down place in town. But they pass code. Says 97 on the health inspection.
When the lady treated me at the menu board, she started off with it’s only 2 of us in here so it’s going to take some time. Haha.

Stopped to grab my partner 6 cheese Krystals, and it came out to $13. I get that cheese costs extra, but $13 for just the burgers—no fries or drink—is ridiculous. Krystal’s was already more of an occasional treat, but with prices like this, we probably won’t be back because like damn….

The greatest Krystal’s experience of my life. So very unexpectedly had all fantastic food lol. The fries were hot and extremely crispy. I couldn’t believe how good they were. The chicken patties on the Chik’s, were HUGE and CRISPY. What the heck is going on at this Krystal’s??? Krystal’s making a come back???

This place never gets my order right ever time I ask for plain with cheese and bacon they put pickles and mustard on them. It wouldn’t be that big of a problem but I hate mustard and you can’t scrape it off. I will not be going back they need to learn how to do their job.

Went thru the drive-thru, so I don’t know how the place is kept inside. The lady that helped us was very nice and professional. Of course, I had to wait due to the order was 24 cheese Krystals. It was not that long, and I do not mind waiting a little bit for hot fresh food. I go there everytime I go to Morristown. They freeze well, so they last a good while for us.

Was very rude. We order 4. pick 5’s. They did have the order right but charged the other have regular. When I went to the window. He didn’t let me finish explaining what was wrong just shut the window in my face. Shorted us 2 item and the manager still had attitude with me .and No apologies or nothing at all. Also we asked for a Chilli in a bowl. He comment they haven’t had Chilli in years even though they is a sign on the building.
