First I had to ask for service after waiting what seemed like an eternity and then when we got to the vegetables they were so contaminated and filthy I could only get mustard and mayo. There was mayonnaise mixed into the Browning lettuce that was wilted and I had to tell her the difference between onions and spinach, she said no management on site which is BS, this isn’t the first time but definitely the last

Does the attached pic look like a closed store to you? Here’s my story: I was exhausted after a very long day and hadn’t had dinner, so I figured I’d stop at Walmart, eat, and then pickup a couple things in the store. I arrived at 8:43 PM (about a half hour before I’m posting this review), and according to Google the store closes at 10. I was informed by the woman behind the counter that they were closed, which was a blatant lie. I asked her what time the store closed, and she said 9, so I pulled out my phone and it read about 8:45. I proceeded to tell her what time it was, and her response was simply to refuse to serve me, stating that the ovens were shutoff. Not sure about your order at subway, but I’m aware that there are many options that they have that don’t require the oven. It’s a freaking sandwich shop! Anyway, it was an extremely poor experience, especially with being lied to about their status of being closed. I also have metadata on my photo which shows the time stamp when I took the photo, which was right after I was denied service.

They may have a new owner/ or have re-trained the employees.
Also the store looks good and feels clean. The last time i was there i had to argue with one of the employees regarding what i ordered. Employee said i have to get back in line again, to make a long story short, i decided to not came back again, who need the headache but decided months later to try it again.

On 9/7/2022 at approximately 1:00pm, I went to this location to order sandwiches!! As I viewed the menu, I noticed the “mini” sub and inquired about its size as I wanted to get a kids sandwich for my grandson. When told the size, 3”, I said that was perfect and requested tuna as my topping!! I was informed that it could only be turkey or roast beef for the kids sandwich. I asked if those sandwiches were pre-made and was informed they were not. I was not understanding why I couldn’t have the topping of my choice and the two female workers on shift said that that was the only way the mini sub came. I was still questioning, when one of the female employees (not the person making my sandwiches) came forward to say that that’s the way it is and “if I didn’t like it, I could go somewhere else”!! Before this was even said to me, I had already acquiesced and ordered a six inch sandwich!! Her comment was unnecessary, unprofessional and disrespectful. Her customer service skills are lacking at best or better yet, nonexistent !! I could have gone down her same path and been just as accommodating by ordering 6 more sandwiches and when I got to the register, changed my mind and decided to do as she suggested, “go somewhere else” my point being, she does not represent good customer service, and as a national chain, I would like to think that you want someone better representing Subway!! Based on the reviews I read for this location, it sounds like it hasn’t been her first offensive encounter with customers!! Retraining and how best to let a customer down should be in her near future!! I doubt I will revisit this location again!!

I came to this location which is right across from my jobI was craving a great sandwich. The Sandwich artist older Hispanic male asked me would I like my sandwich toasted and I said no. Although my sandwich was never put in the toaster the bread was hard as a rock. I couldn’t go back and complain or return due to me having a meeting to attend. Please just throw away hard or old bread it not ok to be passing it out ..

Says open till 9 but thry say they are closed at 8. Someone should chage the hours then. They close the back area all the time. Seems like yhey dont want to clean the mess so they close half the store. Only one person ever seems like they care .

Just walked in after putting my baby to bed because online says they’re open until 10 PM. There was one lady on hand and she had clearly started cleaning way too early. Then proceeds to tell me no we’re closed. I told her online it says they close at 10 PM and she walks over to the lights to turn them off and say “that’s not my fault we close at 9 and just walks away from me and proceeds to carry on with cleaning.
