After a looong day in Milwaukee, I had DoorDash deliver food from Mad Chicken. Our order was complete, correct, and the food was still hot when we received it. My son is a chicken tender connoisseur and he really enjoyed his food. I ordered a mad bowl and wasn’t disappointed. The Mac n cheese was not dry and the chicken was moist and flavorful. We also ordered cheese curds and let’s face it, when in Wisconsin, you HAVE to try the cheese curds. They were so good! I was wishing I had bought two orders. We’d definitely go here again for a quick meal when in the area.

Whoever was the security guard on New Year’s Eve/day deserves the negative reviews. I ordered food just before 3AM. A few minutes later I witnessed someone trying to order food from the kiosk they had from the lobby. Then the security guard mumbled something at them and the person simply went “huh?” The security guard then immediately got angry and kicked them out for being confused for a second. After eating my meal food is alright but not worth the incompetence of the “security” at Thai restaurant. The security guard then tried to insult the person for wearing a SpongeBob t-shirt? Yeah after seeing that pathetic display from staff would not be here again.

Anyone with self respect would not order here. Came on New Year’s Eve sometime around 2:45am. While I was waiting for food I witnessed whoever they hired for security berate someone for trying to order food from the kiosk. The most incompetent security guard of all time. Kicked someone out for trying to order food then yelled at them for ordering an uber outside of the front entrance.

I ordered food from uber eats and it took over an hour and a half to receive. It wasn’t the carriers fault though, because they told me they were yelled at for asking for the order and yelled at again that my order wasn’t ready, even though it was. My food came cold and soggy. The onion rings I got were practically inedible. However the mad bowl was actually good, i got it with the honey garlic sauce and the boneless wings were fine. Overall, terrible experience and will not be ordering here again.

The food itself was good, but the customer service really missed the mark. From the moment I walked in, it felt like the staff wasn’t attentive or welcoming, which definitely took away from the overall experience. Even though the meal was enjoyable, great food can’t fully make up for poor service. Based on customer service alone, I don’t see myself coming back to this location anytime soon.
