Lexi was so so so sweet
I was in Kentucky craving some hot, fresh chicken and decided to stop by this location. Lexi helped me with my order—she was so sweet and kind! She even explained the pricing options for meals with or without sides, which was super helpful. I asked for extra crispy, but she assumed I wanted crispy; I actually wanted original, but no worries. The service was fast, and the food came out hot and delicious. I’m so glad I chose this location! Highly recommend.

A few weeks ago, I stopped at this location for lunch. It’s the only location in the area. Along with my drive-thru order, I was given this sheet of coupons. I tried to use one of the coupons today, and the cashier went to get who I assume is a manage. That guy said that these coupons are not for this franchise because it has the Long John Silvers company connected and it’s a different system. I asked why I was given these coupons from this location, and he didn’t believe I got them from there. Rather than being gaslit, I drove away hungry. I won’t be patronizing this location again.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I put in an order to KFC on FM 2920 at 8pm. The restaurant confirmed the order. I pull up at the restaurant and am told that they ran out of food and couldn’t make my order. Mind you this is the time I am supposed to pick up the food. This is terrible management. You know when food runs out. If they were really out of food they would not have confirmed the order. This leads me to believe they just didn’t want to make the order. If you ran out of food then you would have been closed well before the time I arrived. Not just cleaning up when I walked up.
I blame myself, because service has been terrible there for years. We stopped going there over three years ago. But I had a lapse in judgement and went back. NEVER AGAIN. Whoever the general manager is, is doing a terrible job. The crew is lazy and customer service is terrible. This place should be closed down.

GENERAL MANAGER PULL YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR BEHIND. Get your crew in line and trained. RIDICULOUS

Just purchased an 8 pieces meal plus a kids 2 piece tenders at 5:38pm. I am very disappointed in their service there was not what I asked for I ordered mashed potatoes not coleslaw. I spent $38.93 no receipt but charged on my card. This assembly is not busy and the staff were not busy. Why is it I can’t get my orders right

I had struggled with the simple requests. I paid for 12pcs plus an additional 2pcs meal and other items. Got to my destination…looked in the bucket and there were only 8pcs in there. No one was answering the line…was highly disappointed.
Part 2 – Next day during the evening I popped in with my reciept for a conversation. Professionally, I was offered the remaining missed pcs and the Associate even asked if I would like any sides…I said no thanks. Was just interested in what was originally paid for. #good food, # good service = repeat customers…its that simple. Shoutout to the Associate with the radio voice…his professionalism will take him far!

I’m not sure what happened to this location but the Quality of food has gone down a lot. The chicken use to be Home fresh juicy and the fish. But now not so much. I just left this place bought the $20 fill up box I get home and all of my biscuits are flat and almost burnt. I spoke with the manager. He said they would take care of me. I drive all the way over there Only to Ball receive the biscuits that look the same as the first. I told the manager that it looks the same he asked me how do I want my biscuits raw no there’s a difference between golden burnt and golden brown. I’ve had long John Silver fish from here and it taste like they fry it in old grease if it’s after lunchtime or later, this has happened to me a couple of times but I’m over giving this place chances and this is the first time I have complained. I have pictures to prove it and I’ll make sure I tell my colleagues not to come here and I will not be back. It’s just sad. Look how dry the food looks. Take better pride in your food and your quality of food. Nobody has money just to throw away on food. That’s not a good quality.

Ordered the spicy 6piece wing combo at 6:37pm IN DRIVE THRU. I waited in my car for 20 minutes before walking inside. I over heard the cashier telling another irritated customer that “it was because only 1 person is making the food.” that should not matter. It should NEVER take more than 5-10 mins IN DRIVE THRU FOR FOOD. I wasted gas when I could have just walked inside from the beginning which is what i end up having to do. Yall need to hire more ppl or have people that knows how to work at a better pace, this is ridiculous! My food should have been FREE!!
