I understand why gluten free pizza isn’t on the buffet. Cross contamination is real, GF ingredients are more expensive, and some people treat GF like it’s a fad. But for some of us, it’s a medical necessity/disability.
The pricing here is indefensible. $13.99 gets everyone else unlimited pizza and salad.
Gluten free customers are locked out of the pizza buffet entirely, then charged $13.25 for salad bar alone (with no one-trip option) or handed an $8 side salad that is too small to be a meal. The only other choice is a $30 GF pizza. That’s not accommodation, it’s punishment.
You’re charging nearly the same price for less food and calling it fair. It isn’t.
Easy fixes: add a one trip salad bar price, offer a GF personal pizza at a sane cost, or discount the salad bar for people who can’t eat the buffet. Until then, this setup just feels hostile.

We went for the lunch buffet. There were breadsticks, potatoes, salad bar, potato salad, and plenty of pizzas. We were very satisfied with the size of the slice bc allowed me to try different ones

So last month I ordered a Hawaiian pizza delivery. It wasn’t very good. I called and spoke to manager who was apologetic and gave me a credit for it. This month I called again for pick up, ordered 2 pizzas, a combination and a chicken Alfredo. Got a chance to visit , see the atmosphere and view beer selection. Pizza was ready, took it home and let me tell you, they absolutely outdid themselves…both pizzas were exceptionally outstanding, delicious, well made. I was very impressed. This absolutely WILL be my choice for pizzas from now on. Even with the elevated price, still worth the taste! I’m new in Ridgecrest, glad my first local pizza experience was Pizza Factory. Thanks guys for honoring the credit and making it all way beyond satisfactory. Yummy

I was dining alone. Ordered a small pizza, dinner salad and a soda. I was shocked at the price (over $30). So, in my opinion – very expensive. That said, the salad and pizza were both really good. Nice crisp lettuce with good ranch dressing. The pizza crust was kind of light and the sauce very flavorful. I don’t know if I’ll go back because of the cost, but if you don’t mind laying out the money or have a special occasion, then I recommend them.

I ordered pick up.
The person at the register definitely gave me the vibe that she was not happy she was there.
I was told it would be about 10 more min.
And around that time the guy in the back came out with my pizza. He was upbeat and apologetic for the wait.
The pizza was solid. NO skimping on toppings. And I was happy to get a pipping hot pizza (not always the case with take out)
As for price … it is a little on the high end. I always am shocked these days. Not crazy more than what you would pay at a pizza place of the same caliber (better than Pizza Hut, not as good as Mozza).
I do not live in the area so this is not a place I would regularly go to. But I would stop here for pizza if I find myself in the area again.

Pizza was heavy on the toppings which was good to see, other pizza places are light with their toppings, at best. We ordered cinnamon bread sticks which was Awful. It looked like a pizza but it was like rubber, had little cinnamon, heavy on butter, and very greasy. There is little cup of icing, only 1/8 of cup was full. It was like eating cardboard. We tossed it in the trash. Last but not least it was kinda expensive, $65.00. I won’t return, it wasn’t that good.

A shame, because staff is awesome and food is good. But the games are financially predatory on Children. We’ve come here for a decade. Now they have new games that my children tried to play. But the games take 2 coins, and each coin costs $1! So every turn is two dollars. My children each got a dollar to play. And of course, since it requires two, they got stiffed unless I payed another dollar per kid. Do you guys really need $2 per play on games that have .25 cent prizes? We’ll just go back to the other pizza place with games

I got 2 personal pizzas for me and my friend. I had a coupon for them and got both free. The pizza itself was just okay. It was very heavy and greasy, but it was still decent. The environment was cute, and I would go again if I get more free coupons
