I wanted extra crunch in my caramel ribbon crunch and I think I may have gotten light crunch instead. Drink was made quickly took 4 minutes from time of ordering in app to hand and staff was friendly.

I absolutely love coming into this store. And even when I can’t it’s always a positive experience.
I work at the Cinnabon inside the mall so I go over whenever I can, especially days like today when I need an energy boost. The staff is always super nice, the atmosphere of the store itself is lovely and it’s a very encouraging environment.
The little encouraging messages they write on the cups are always something that brighten my day too.

Staff consisted of teenage girls that did nothing but talk and be on their phone while i waited at the counter to order. there was no line, and it wasn’t busy so I didnt mind waiting. however, the staff just continued on their conversation as if I was not there. eventually one came over and took my order, and then immediately went to the back to continue the conversation she was having with another girl. there was another girl who was making all of the drinks and filling all the orders, clearly annoyed that she had no help. eventually a line started forming, and the girls still did not come out. I watched the girl go back and forth to make the drinks while the others just stood and talked. I also only ordered a cake pop, and it took over 10 minutes because of the lack of help from the other staff. I usually have no problems with this location, however it did not sit right with me to sit and watch this and not say anything.

I love Starbucks and this one is not one of my favorite places because it’s always very busy, but they make my coffee pretty well every right time.The staff here are super friendly, even when they’re super busy!
This store is big, with a decent amount of tables and chairs to dine in and patio space for outside seatinf, it does have plenty of space for a small or big group, and offers free WiFi. There’s also plenty of parking next door if it’s not peak hours, there’s street parking available, and mobile ordering for order ahead. They also have a well stocked merchandise shelf, if you ever want their cups, mugs, coffee beans, etc.
There are also plenty of places to go get food at nearby and hang out at around the mall. Sometimes their music is a bit loud, along with the sound of people talking and chatting, so be prepared for a busy atmosphere. It gets busy here during peak hours, but otherwise it’s a nice place to sit and do work or hang out for a bit.
