This is a nice, casual dining place. I’ve read some of the previous negative reviews. But as of today, I rate this place very highly. The place was clean and the staff friendly and fast. We stopped by and had 2 different club sandwiches. The McAlister turkey and the chicken club. One with the potato salad and one with chips and a side of country potato soup. (They had a decent selection to choose from). Both were presented well and very tasty. The soup hit the spot today. A Military discount was offered as well. Dine in, take out or drive through. We’ll be back.

Not today… I ordered a Southwest avocado chicken salad and it was nothing like what was advertised on the menu. Nothing was fresh, they put in poorly chopped onion stems, there was hardly any chicken at all, and only two tiny pieces of avocado. Disappointing.

Went for lunch today. Only three people working. It took over 30 minutes to get my lunch. A Reuben sandwich missing sauerkraut and dressing. At first, my lunch was incorrectly given to someone at another table. No management in site. Many people left because no one was there to take their order.
Won’t go back. Too bad. It used to be a great spot.

Food is awful , roast beef was so old it was black and like cardboard. The whole sandwich was thrown away. On top of that they left out the side order they charged my for. They did the same thing to the customer before me who had to come back because they left half of his order out. Run like hell, terrible food and orders are incomplete even though you payed for it. Not surprised the place was empty. They should get zero stars.

The customer service was amazing. They were very short staffed and went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had the best service they could offer given the staffing. The atmosphere was soured unfortunately when as daily regular I offered to jump in and help clear tables I was met by a rude snarky Karen added her two cents by telling me I shouldn’t distract them from doing their jobs and that they were capable of handling the task without my help what she failed to realize before interjecting herself into a private conversation is that I am quite familiar with their day to day operations after being a daily customer since the day they opened. God forbid someone be willing to actually be helpful without an agenda. Anyway. The staff are amazing the food is great. It’s a go to spot when you’re looking for good deli food.

Time of day 3:30 4 very young employees running the place! Very slow not busy at all! The employees looked like they were in soiled sweat shirts and workout clothes. On one side of restaurant I counted 7 tables with dirty dishes left on tables!!! No adult manager working ! Someone needs to get in there quick you are losing business I bet! Sad place to spend good money so unclean!

Just awful. I have been here a few different times, and each time they forgot something with my order. Yes, I know I should check my own togo bags, and I know why keep coming back. They last time they forgot my entire sandwich when I emailed they said they would refund me. Never happened. Today I ordered nachos to go, how do you forget to put the queso on nachos. It looked like only teenagers were working. It isn’t their fault. I saw no manager presence at all. The kids were cussing on the line in the back of house which you can see from the register along with their Christmas tree that looks like it is about to fall out of the box on top of someone. I will never visit them again.

Disappointing experience today. Service was extremely slow, and my food was dropped off at the wrong table before finally making it to me. My roast beef sandwich was missing items it’s supposed to come with — no pickles and no au jus sauce. I was also given the wrong bag of chips from what I ordered. On top of that, the dining area had multiple dirty tables with dishes left out, which didn’t help the overall experience. Definitely not the level of service I expect.

Having been here when they first opened, through their post opening challenge and management changes, I am very pleased to have returned to find the quality of food, service and the restaurant atmosphere has really settled into a solid place for good sandwiches, sides and their famous sweet tea.
Would recommend a visit over competitors offering similar menu fare like sandwiches, salads and typical sides. They’re also known for great baked potatoes enjoy!

Order lunch for the office/delivery was quick/food was delicious but the organization of the sandwiches were very poor/looks like a 3yrs prepared it/the bread was less than half toasted sandwich meat was on one side and the tomatoes ran away to the other side bacon was very very crispy (burnt). Lets get it together McAlister’s Deli.
