Went Christmas Eve for lunch with the family and save for the vegetarian hot and sour soup (flavouring was off), everything was perfect! The dim sun was so good – so lucky to have this so close to my house! Obsessed!

We had a lovely dim sum experience. Everything was very authentic, tasty, and hot. The service was very attentive and friendly, which isn’t always the case in Chinese restaurants.

The service was good, hard to understand but extremely fast, not as helpful as I’d like to guide me through the menu or recommend a dish.
The portions are huge but the rice was undercooked. So the atmosphere is casual, a little cold and not as cozy with cafeteria style tables and chairs. The bathrooms were clean and in good repair!

We ordered dinner for one combo with black bean beef , also Singapore fried noodle. The combo was in generous amount. Spring roll was quite brown & dry. Beef was delicious. However, for the fried noodle, we sent the first dish back coz it was over cooked and bitter taste. They made another one for us, for second one curry powder didn’t mix well with noodles, in general it’s “ok” only.

this is the best resturant of my life i live in michigan and cross the border and drive over an hour just for this place no joke monthly for like 6 years. all workers are so nice. anybody putting less than 5 stars is lying or ordered the wrong things.

We went there for Valentine’s Day and I have to say it was the worse experience I have ever had from a restaurant. Our waitress Patricia was rude and miserable. First she ignored me when ordering drinks, we had to flag down another waitress to ask for forks so we could eat the food in front of us, we also ordered dumplings which she forgot to order, which upset my granddaughter and we didn’t find out till the end of dinner when we asked about it so we didn’t get any, received no apology and anytime we tried to talk to her she didn’t let us finish talking before she walked away. As a former waitress I would never treat customers the way she did. Spent $150 for bland food and rude service. Read alot of reviews and responses from the restaurant and I don’t care if it’s a holiday, that’s no reason to have crappy service and low quality of food, no other restaurant has the same problem. my general tao had not a smidge of spice which should be spicy to begin with. Rice was hard in spots which means it was sitting there for a while or under cooked. We will not be coming back and neither will my family members.

We always love the fresh dim sum at Jade , had a Windsor hospital fundraising dim sum 3 weeks ago . The food is amazing delicious ! And place is clean ! Service is fast & good .
