This is hands down one of my favorite pizza spots in the San Francisco Bay Area! As a Chicago transplant, I know a thing or two about pizza—and this place absolutely holds its own. Honestly, it’s probably a good thing it’s 1,500 miles away from me now, because if I lived any closer, I’d be 400 pounds!
As a cyclist, I’m always looking for a solid carb load, and their “single slice” is nearly the size of a small pizza anywhere else. I went with a classic cheese slice and a meat lover’s style loaded with pepperoni and sausage—both were incredible.
This place not only hits the spot but also brings back memories of my time at East Bay State. Well worth the visit every time I’m back in town!

Garbage. Grabbed a medium combo told them light cheese. They packed so much cheese on there like usual, no flavor, weakest pie I’ve ever had. I remember 10 years an 20 years ago when they had the best pizza I ever had in my life. Pizza was my favorite food because of this establishment. Now? It’s a straight joke. It’s like they let a 8 year old child make the pizzas and take the orders. Literally rubbish tasting pizza. Try getting a clue or close your doors . The neighborhood had enough of your low quality tactics . Give it up

Broncos has changed over the years and not in the best ways. They block off seating. Some tvs are on. Very dark and dim inside. The took out the carpet and has the floor boards open and revealed so not a pleasant sight. They don’t do pitchers no more. Waited nearly an hour and half for 2 slices. And many others were waiting on theirs as well. Some people got theirs before ours when we got there before they did. Some of the fountain sodas were too sweat so too much syrup. I understand the workers were busy but not very hospitable.

I really love bronco Billy’s pizza and wings. It brings back great memories. I like to order the individual pizza instead of the big ones. I just think the ratio of meat to crust is better and prefer the texture. I also love the wings though this batch was overdone for my tastes. I’ll order it again.

When your looking for great traditional pizza this is my go to. Always hot and fresh to order, crust is amazing. They also offer pure cane soda options on tap. Small arcade for kids. Enough space for family or team dinners. Never disappointed. Staff was kind and friendly. For years same pizza same service.

It was surprisingly good. Stopped for a quick lunch. Got the recommended pizza, we were hungry even less exciting ingredients were consumed. The interior is interesting. I guess you can watch sports here too. The bathroom was a bit smelly, I don’t want to be there later in the day. The area is a non-descript shopping corner in the middle of nowhere. Not far from Cal State East Bay, walkable.

I have been a patron of Bronco Billy’s for more than a decade and their pizza was great along with really friendly service. However for the past two years their pizza quality has dwindled along with their service. The last time I called in my order was the worst, I called gave my order and my name, the lady noted it and then mispronounced my name terribly, I stated no it’s saga… she ended up saying…..”whatever”. Who says that to a customer!!! So disappointed and such a travesty!!

Still the best, always has been the best. No better pizza for the money in the bay area. Great staff. Eat the pizza while it’s hot and just out of the oven. So happy this place is still open.

By far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I attempted to place an order over the phone with Andrea, and from the very beginning she was extremely rude and dismissive. She sounded annoyed to even be taking my order and came off like she couldn’t care less about helping me.
I noticed the website had coupons, and when I asked about them, she abruptly told me they don’t have nor accept coupons–no explanation, no courtesy. Since I’m not from the area, I wanted to double-check that I had called the correct business. Instead of simply confirming, she questioned me in a way that felt condescending, saying “you dont know who you’re calling?” almost as if she was trying to make me feel stupid for asking.
Even though she was rude throughout the call, I stayed polite and eventually asked why she was speaking to me that way. Her response? She casually asked if I was “going to order or not,” with zero regard for how she was treating a customer.
This experience was unprofessional, unpleasant, and honestly enough to keep me from ever ordering from this location. I instead placed an order with another location who provided awesome service and confirmed that their location does accept coupons.
Businesses should value their customers not treat them like an inconvenience.

As one of the most highly rated pizza places in town, Bronco Billy’s Pizza Palace was actually a bit of a letdown. The pizza, firstly, was mediocre at best. Ours was dry and not very warm in terms of temperature. Nothing was amazing about it. It was also pricy for what you got. On a side note, the variety of sodas they offered were not the popular, well distributed brands. This was neither a great or bad thing.
The staff was not very friendly, nor professional. I understand they’re young but their customer service skills need work. Additionally, their speed of service could use improvement.
The theme of the restaurant is Cowboy/western. There is a small arcade room for kids. There was also ample seating.
