The food was great and the workers were nice but we waited over 15 mins for someone to come to the registers to take our order. There was none in sight until they came out with another to go order. But overall it was a very pleasant experience.

I don’t usually post reviews but this was to awful to not. ordered a big box with a medium fry. I got half the fries i was supposed to and chicken was absolutely terrible (it looks like it missing a whole chunk.) Complete waste of money. If you want awful food go here.

Went in one day & waited a long time, then two people (teenagers) came out of the back (behind the counter) looked right at me, didn’t say a thing, & kept walking. I left. The next day, I thought I’d try the drive through. The chicken was awful. People who like this trash have never visited another KFC.

Food was very questionable. Not sure if it was cooked correctly, Barely warm. Place was very dirty and not busy from a customer point. The workers were very nice but seemed to not listen to requests. Ex: No pickles on sandwich. They did anyway.

I was Very disappointed when bringing my family here! I worked here way back in high school and loved the food and atmosphere!!
The lobby was disgusting, floor and tables filthy and covered in crumbs, we were the first in store customers so clearly mess from night before. We won’t even talk about the bathrooms, YIKES!!! Staff was super cold and were on their phones non stop. Perhaps if they picked up a wash cloth or broom the place would be way more inviting/welcoming!

I’ll start by saying… I almost didn’t eat here because of the reviews. When I’m traveling to different areas, I like to check the reviews because places can be really hit or miss. I decided to go ahead and give it a shot because I wanted fried chicken. Worst case scenario I could walk out or get my money refunded if it was terrible. I live literally 1000+ miles from here, so I’m not a friend review, paid review, etc.
I was pleasantly surprised that the lobby was very clean. The people I saw were nice, greeted me as I walked in, and took my order without any issues. The entire kitchen is viewable from the counter and it all looked clean and organized.
My food came up quick and was very good. No issues with the food size, quality, temperature. Zero complaints other than a couple of flies buzzing around, but who can help that in the summer!!?? Definitely give it a shot and leave a review if it was good (or bad) for you too!

If you’d like some salmonella, perfect place to hang out. Chicken not cooked biscuits 100% not cooked. Check out my pictures. Call to say wth and the phone just keeps going from one person to the other so not understanding what’s going on over there. That was a waste over $40 ended up having to run all the way back into town which is 45 minutes away and get some different food from the grocery store come home and cook now we’re at 8 o’clock. Oh well I only had to be up at 4 AM but I will definitely be looking up the number for the health department tomorrow. I did re-cook the chicken in the air fryer and throw outside for the animals. FYI I didn’t wanna waste it.

Got a 5 piece chicken tender, there were only 4. We each choked down 1 . They weren’t even warm ,prettysure they were also old. Very tough. We got 12 fries. Also the fries were definitely old and cold. We each had 4. The biscuit was the best thing. The outside was kind of warm . Hopefully we don’t get food poisoning. Please stay far Away from Alexandria KFC.

3 of us ordered to eat inside, all 3 of our meals were cold except for the mashed potatoes. Not sure how crispy chicken is crispy but tasted like it just came out of a refrigerator. I can definitely see why its always empty. Place need a good top to bottom cleaning, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Drive through representative was very pleasant however.. what on Earth happened to KFC? Tiny chicken pieces, most of the breading was missing, it was barely lukewarm and.. the orange price tag attached to the actual chicken grossed us out! Too bad, KFC in general has clearly just given up.
