I was not greeted or acknowledged upon my arrival until I spoke to the bartender. I had to request a menu and some water. The food you see took quite a while to arrive, but this is understandable considering that larger groups were also waiting for their meals, hiring more cooks probably can fix that. I met a cool local to pass the time spent slowing dying.

My first trip to the House of Wings didn’t disappoint.
Today, I ordered the BLT with sweet potato waffle fries and a half dozen boneless wings with Garlic Q and BBQ sauce.
My waitress/bartender recommends lightly salting the sweet potato fries and dipping them in honey. Which gave it a sweet taste.
The BLT had large slices of thick bacon, perfectly cooked and crispy, and nice size slices of tomato and a good amount of lettuce.
The bread was perfectly toasted. The sandwich was tasty with a good crunch from the bacon and bread. I wish there was more mayo on the sandwich. I was told there was mayo on it, but I couldn’t taste it.
The boneless wings with the Garlic Q and BBQ sauce. Had great taste and the right amount of heat for me from the sauce. I got them with ranch dressing.
My drink was an Arnold Palmer ( tea and lemonade)
I asked my waitress/bartender for any other sandwich recommendations for my next visit. She gave me an interesting idea.
Overall, for some good food and wings, definitely give them a try.

The BEST wings I have ever had! Love trying all the different flavors! The last time I went, I found out that they have bottles of sauce you can purchase! If getting your wings to go, definitely get the sauce on the side to keep them crispy!

️The SPICIEST of ALL Spicys ️ !!!

Alliger’s “Leprechaun’s Revenge” wing flavor is spicy!!!

And it’s not just a normal spicy…

It is SO spicy…
that in ages to come the host of heaven and earth will pause at Sayre, PA just to declare…
“There once was a great restaurant here that knew how to cook up a TRUE spicy”

The flavor is phenomenal, too!! It’s not just heat, the taste is wonderfully rich.

For those wondering, I asked a server about the Leprechaun’s Revenge flavor, and she informed me that these wings are rated at 1 Million Scoville Heat Units (but anecdotally, I find that Alliger’s “Leprechaun’s Revenge” tastes spicier than some similarly rated foods)

Spiciness aside, Alliger’s is the best “wings” restaurant I’ve ever been to. If you are in the area, definitely stop here and eat!! They also have many milder flavors of various kinds, for those who don’t like too much spiciness (and there is a HUGE jump in heat from the second spiciest to the spiciest flavor)

(PS: The only reason my salads don’t have cheese or croutons in my pictures is because I’m weird and I requested that. Alliger’s has great french fries, too!)

Server/bartender was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The wings were good. In my opinion, most wings are equal across the board. It’s deep-fried chicken. As for the atmosphere…I love the 90s alternative that was playing at the time and plenty of TVs for you squirrels that need something shiny while you eat. My only major concern was that the place could have been a touch cleaner. **Try the Leprechaun sauce** It will probably kill the average mayonnaise eating Caucasian, but for the spice-lover, it is worthwhile. It’s pretty much ghost pepper extract added in very small amounts to suicide sauce. Heat varies depending on who/when it was mixed.

We met with friends on her Birthday, it was her place of choice, Birthday gal makes her choice.
It was a Friday keep that in mind.
We arrived the parking was tight, many pickup orders we seen.
We ordered drinks, fairly quick to get us our drinks, my wife had water with lemon and I had a shot of Titos and water.
I ordered a loaded burger / fries and the wife had a fish sandwich and fries.
Took awhile to get our food but it was fine we had time to chat with friends.
They both ordered their favorite wings & I didn’t tell them I do these reviews.
My burger arrived after 20+ minutes keep in mind it was 5:30 on a Friday night.
Hmmm my burger was not rare / medium rare it was overcooked in my opinion, I was not asked upon ordering the rest was fine the fries are excellent. K fish was fine, I cannot say it was the best, we had better at similar pricing but it was still a very good Friday fish sandwich.
The prices are reasonable in my opinion and yes I would stop here again without a doubt.
The noise lever was not bad considering the place was packed.
My suggestion is this place is gem and worth a try over the big chain restaurants.
We will try it again soon fir a better review.

Meh, can’t comment on the wings, never had them, but I did ask for a chicken spiedies salad and was given the wrong one so had to wait another 20 minutes. I ended up eating some steak fries while waiting, and I could squeeze the oil out of the fries. Salad didnt taste like spiedie sauce honestly. I might give it another go but just order wings.

This corner pub is the home to some amazing flavors of wings. Have a seat at the horseshoe shaped bar or perhaps one of their booths.

Several modest size TVs around the bar to watch your favorite sporting event. Wings can be ordered by dozen, had dozen and even half dozen with a variety of sides. Wings do take 18 minutes to cook as the disclaimer on menu states, and are worth the wait. While waiting there are a few lottery terminals, keno and jukebox to keep you and your friends entertained.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. I must share with you that the men’s room I got a chuckle out of as it’s rather oddly shaped with a cruise ship size sink.

The wings were okay, nice and crispy. The boneless wings were not good; the “hot” sauce was not at all spicy and was just an odd tangy flavor. The honey barbecue was bland and also strangely tangy. The giant warm pretzel tasted like a salty donut, which was unexpected but kind of good.

One note: one of the forks given to us smelled like that nasty old mop water scent, which was really gross. Besides that, service was great, things moved quickly. The area we set in felt like the bottom of a giant shower, complete with the small tiling and giant drain in the middle.

They treated us like they knew us forever! Excellent service along with excellent wings. The skin was actually crispy unlike other places. My first time here and I will be back! I highly recommend a stop here! The pic is of what we couldn’t eat and taking home!
