The food is always good at Jersey Mikes. But this location has the worst service I have ever personally received at any location. I Tell them my name for mobile order, wasn’t ready, when I was already 5 minutes after the proposed time. No big deal. Maybe they just went through a rush, but I was literally the only one there.
They’re having loud conversations and I’m minding my own business, but after 15 minutes, not wanting to be confrontational, I had to ask if there was an issue with my order. At some point, (again I’m the only person there and they all heard my name because there’s only 3 in an empty restaurant and individual on grill responded to my order) they put my food on the Togo rack and just kept on with conversation.
You can check my reviews. I don’t do this often at all and only do this when service is that bad. Service was that bad. Sandwich is deserving of the 4 stars though, love it so much. Will just have to find a new location.

Been to this restaurant several times. Seems like esch time i go, the quality of the food seems to be going down hill. This order the sub was literally soaked with oil. The bread had something crunchy stuck to the bottom of it. Just felt the was very little meat and mostly shredded lettuce on it. Guess we will go back to sticking with Firehouse Subs in the future….

I wanna say Catrina made me the best salad I have ever had. I definitely recommend going there and getting a salad. Last week I had a roast beef and provolone sub and it was fantastic. If you haven’t had jersey mikes I definitely recommend trying it. And the service is fantastic.

I mistakenly ordered a chicken big kahuna when I actually wanted a steak. No fault of the workers… I made the mistake online. When I got to the store and realized my mistake, they were very accommodating. Isaiah instructed them to make the steak and disregard the chicken Sandwich which was already being made. I told them it was ok and I’d take the chicken but he insisted I get the one I wanted. That was a top notch customer service call and I’m very pleased. Loyal customer earned!

The jersey mikes in Lakeland, little Mrs Makayla seems to have a horrible attitude towards customers, right as you walk up to tell her the size of the sandwich and piles lettuce onto the sandwich, and when you ask for less lettuce she gives you an attitude and tries to tell you thats how much comes on it (the lettuce would have been the only thing I tasted) Everytime I had something to say she thought it was funny or she would just give me attitude the only reason I didn’t give a 1 star is because of the tall man working there today he was a total sweetheart but ig his coworker doesn’t know how to get on that bandwagon! Most likely will not be back at this location.

I’m not looking for free food. However if you screw up my order. And I come back in you do not charge me for three regulars. When I ordered one regular and one giant. The entire order was one regular number eight one giant number eight and one giant Philly cheese steak. When they discovered that they undercharge me and under delivered what I asked for. I did not mind paying the difference. I did not ask for a free sub. However whenever they charge me they charged me for a third regular. When you add up the prices that means I paid a whole $5.08 more than what the order should have been cost. Not to mention when I paid for it the first time. I left a tip. So I basically paid an extra 10 bucks for my entire order. Mind you that if I did not correct I would have had to go through Black Friday traffic which was already hell getting there. Like I said I didn’t mind paying for what I bought. But I was overcharged and had to catch some mistake myself. You don’t have to give me anything Jersey Mike’s. Just do better bottom line.

Bought #13 and a Bowl. The sandwich made me sick. Did not touch the salad since food made me sick on my stomach. Toilet all night. Took the salad back to the location where purchased. Everyone remembered my visit. The new manager refused to speak with me and had worker tell me they can’t give my money back b/c something about retail. I did not fuss/argue, just left and will never eat there again. The previous management was very different, kind and friendly which is what made me a customer in the beginning. Now, I am done. Jimmy Johns it is.

I visited Jersey Mike’s and was the first customer to place an order. There was no one else in line for approximately five minutes after I ordered. Following my arrival, five additional individuals entered in sequence, and yet I was the last to receive my meal. The manager’s explanation was that there were three trainees present.

For the Price of a giant a bit over 15 bucks its definitely worth it!! The service is good and my subs were made fast!!!

I received the worst customer service by the dark haired lady on October 2nd 2025 at 835pm. I wish the manager would review the video. Waited over 5 minutes past the order time I was provide. Watched them make half the sandwich then set the receipt directly on top of both the unfinished sand whiches and start other customers orders that had walked in after me. She was wrapping cheese and doing other ” prep” type work verse helping customers. She needs more customer service training. I will never come back.
