Love the teddies. My husband and I ordered freshly dropped teddies and a small fry. They forgot the fries my husband goes in and they say here these just came up. NOT!! They had no heat on them at all! I did not go back because I was too pissed off and this is not the first time. Last time they said my wait for fresh tendies would be 9 minutes 35 minutes later they give me some warm not hot tendies like I ask. Their service has sucked lately.

Prepaid on my app, showed I paid in app and my bank account and they still made me pay a 2nd time. Manager made zero apologies, zero offer of any kind for customer service. Just explained corporate gave them an app and said “here you go” & they don’t know how to clear it unless I paid again!!! That’s . Only reason 2 stars is that the food came out decent.

Awful experience, was served attitude when I first arrived and their frosty machines were down so they only offered soft drinks, I paid $5 each for those frosties !!! I ordered a chicken ranch wrap and was really disappointed because there was barely any cheese or lettuce on it. When I went back around to ask for a little extra on the side the manager Destiny came to the window with an attitude and asked what my problem was. I explained that there was not much on the wrap and she told me that is all they are supposed to put on it and that if I wanted more I would have to pay 30 cents. For something they hardly put on to begin with that is ridiculous.
Thankfully another manager who seemed higher up came over and told her to just give it to me which I appreciated but the whole interaction with Destiny was unprofessional. Being snobby and argumentative with customers over 30 cents is not a good look especially when the wrap does not even come close to looking like the photo they advertise. If that is really how it is supposed to be served then corporate needs to step in because it feels like false advertising.

I have a knack, these days, for pulling up to drive thrus that have noisy equipment running nearby. Today it was a pressure washer, and while I applaud the action by Wendy’s, I surely wish it was somehow done after hours.
The food was new to me. I haven’t gotten breakfast here before and was hoping to be wowed. I think it would have been REALLY GOOD except for being cold. Well, lukewarm. The service was great, the pricing was on point for what I received. Just wished the burrito and taters had been hot.

I stopped by on my way to work, before 7:00 am and the breakfast potatoes were cold. How in the world are the potatoes colder than it is outside before 7am. Thats unacceptable, when you havent been open an hour.

When is something going to be done about this restaurant, I complained to corporate and never got a response. HELLO CUSTOMERS WE DO NOT HAVE TO SPEND OUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO PATRONIZE WENDY’S AND WE WILL GET TOGETHER SOON TO DO BLACKOUT DATES!!!!
…and don’t hesitate to report them to the department of health when they serve you under cooked food especially pink meat. It’s absolutely disgusting how this location alone treats their customers.

My order is usually correct, but not always hot. I used to be the GM for the original Brookwood Wendy’s. As a former Wendy’s manager, I expect excellence! I am forgiving of mistakes, they happen, but can be corrected properly with genuine empathy and sympathy. Poor attitude and luke warm food are unacceptable! There are a lot of reviews that agree with me about cold food, service and employee attitude. What’s going on Drew? Have you stopped training and demanding the best from your employees? That’s not the Drew I remember. I’m just a customer now, but that makes me your boss. I’m surprised that this is acceptable to you. Get it together bud, I know you’re better than this!
