I always love the waffles! The only thing I’d advise is to try and be inside the restaurant or elsewhere at sundown, I happened to be outside throwing trash away when he asked me what I was doing there. I’d recommend the peanut butter chip waffles, it’s always pretty delicious!

11/30/2023@ 1145pm, on a Thursday…walked in…extremely clean..I mean, over the top, clean. Extremely impressed. 2 guys working..both greeted us as soon as we entered..immediately tended to us..extremely attentive, order was cooked exceptionally well…had food within 10minutes and looked identical to the pics on the menus(this was a first and we’ve eaten at many waffle houses).. Def #1 on our list of the waffle Houses we’ve been to…if EVER up this way again or in the area, we will NOT hesitate to stop here!!! We are 100% pleased!!!

Amazing team work! They were slammed busy when we got there but it didn’t take long to get our food. Hot, strong coffee and sometimes you have to go for it and get hashbrowns all the way.! They did a great job and were very upbeat as well.

FYI: when you order online you are automatically charged a 10% fee (tip) for the server that puts your meal together for pick up. You have to click on the little “i” beside the word fee to find this out, so if you just click through without reading the fine print you can end up tipping in upwards of 30 to 40% depending on how much you tend to tip up front. I had visited this location earlier this week, in the beginning the service was okay. At the moment they were out of waffles so the group I was with was deciding what to get instead. Once our food arrived I received the wrong food and our server’s demeanor changed, making me and my friends wanting to leave. After my friend made that comment, our server yelled
“you can leave”, so after that I asked another worker for our checks because that behavior was not okay. We didn’t receive the checks until after she had remade my food and gave it to me, even though I did not ask for it to be remade or eat any of it after. I paid for the uneaten food and left, it was not a good experience.

Ok so in the past I haven’t had a problem here but today was just upsetting. They were almost full and there were three chairs free. We have four including an infant. We chose to sit there and the infant was going to sit in my lap. They started speaking across the restaurant that we couldn’t sit there because a high chair wouldn’t fit. We explained that she was going to sit in our lap and sat down. After that the servers just glared at us and we sat for a few minutes with no one greeting us or making any move to take bring us menus out or ask about drinks. When one server did come deliver food to those around us she was muttering under her breath about “people don’t listen.” Here’s the thing if they have a policy about a group of four including an infant not being able to sit there I’d understand that. If we’d been talked to politely and asked to wait for another table because a baby sitting in our lap was somehow against their rules we could understand that, however I don’t appreciate being talked about under breaths or ignored and glared at. We left. I don’t usually write reviews in fact this may be my first one, I just felt that I needed to put this experience here.
