i recommend this restaurant. I was here on Saturday night. I was greeted as I entered. The woman assisting me in the front was very kind, patient and answered all of my questions. To add, they keep this place very well kept with clean tables. The bathrooms have no code so anyone is free to walk in. The bathroom smelt nice and was clean. The cooks are very gracious with smiles all around. The only downside is the high prices but it is worth it for the good service and cleanliness.

I ordered the wrong drink by accident, and when I asked if I could pay for another one, the guy at the counter was so nice and made a new one for me super quick for free. Also seemed happy to help too:) great service!

The food is sooo delicious! I had the grilled chicken with guacamole sandwich and I am stuffed! For dessert I had an orange scone .

The place was generally clean. Tables were not bused after customers left their trays & trash. Someone did start cleaning and just randomly left the broom and dustpan in the dining room at a table. He came back 10+ minutes later to resume cleaning the crumbs from under the tables. I had an ant crawl on me while sitting in one of their comfy chairs. I saw a fly buzzing around in the bakery case. I got a plain toasted bagel with cream cheese. Horrible bagel. The cream cheese was good. I got an iced coffee with my sip club membership. That was good. It was freshly brewed. The cashier was polite.

African American people are obviously not welcome to this establishment. I would never eat here again. I am a special needs assistant teacher and the school gave out coupons for a pick 2 option for free. The school often gives these coupons out right before the holidays to help the teachers. I called before arriving to make sure they were allowed of course to get there and it be a whole issue of the coupon code not working to them being possibly fake. What really threw me off was they didn’t ask at the time of purchase but waited for me to sit do and enjoy my meal to ask out of curiosity. Not only was it demeaning because I was there to get free food but it was also embarrassing. I hope that we learn that the things we doand say effect a lot of people not just ourselves.

Bought salad with extras. Really small portion. I buy this salad with this extras all the time in different Panera bread restaurants all the time but in this one I was disappointed. Looks like it was the last ingredients in this store otherwise I don’t understand why they don’t add food.. I’m afraid to imagine what the salad looks like without all these additions. It would probably be half a plate of salad.

Pretty bummed when you spend $20+ on a sandwich and it’s lacking in product and customer service.
Ordered a Caprese and the rep herself was very unfriendly, but the sandwich looking half made just tops it for me. I do enjoy Panera every once and while but with quality like this I’ll be sure to spend my money at mom and pop sandwich places instead.

Come here a few times. Place is rarely busy but all the tables are always dirty. Got the pick 2 sandwich and soup. Soup was cold, maybe Luke warm when I got it and the sandwich bread was so hard, it cut the roof of my mouth. I’ve given this place enough of my time and money. Would not recommend.

A kids meal and one adult meal with drinks cost $38 for lunch. I think that kinda high for what you get. The drink selections are good and lots of people like to hang out. But the portion size are kinda small. I guess I just not a big fan.

2 spoons of rice for a $15 bowl, rice undercooked and can barely find quinoa in the bowl. Disaster is an understatement. Have some ethics on charging $15 for this stuff and the response from the lady at the store was “now you know what not to order next time”, great
