Pots holes need to be fixed ASAP in the parking lot. Food was straight burnt. The skin on the big pieces hard as heck also.

no one greets you, my order was wrong missing multiple items, and it just wasn’t that clean in the back from what I could see. not to mention the parking lot is all the way messed up. had to go back to get the items that were missing. waited well over 30 minutes before the lady even acknowledged me. then they started lying telling people they were out of chicken.

To start when I got to the restaurant my drive-through cashier with stuffing their face and had to make me wait to take my order then after waiting for 40 minutes I had three items left out of my $70 order when I returned to the store they said they no longer had any of that item that’s why it wasn’t in the bag the 16 biscuits I ordered were raw

I would give – stars if it would let me, totally disgusting! The place had no customers and they still got our order wrong. We ordered a 3 piece extra crispy breast and 2 thighs with 2 sides and a drink and then a 2 piece breast and thigh meal. Now I know it may be hard to not be able to tell the difference in extra crispy and original and it may even be hard to be able to tell the difference between a breast with a leg but people u must be able to know that 2 legs does not add up to 3. It’s almost like they just gave us what they wanted to give us. We had to wait for a long time to get the garbage that was given to us. We received no ticket and drove 25 minutes home to find the mistake. Had to call 6 times because no one answered the phone and when I finally was able to talk to the so called manager she was horribly rude and has NO knowledge of being a manager or how to deal with very unhappy customers. She would not give me her name and kept yelling at me the whole time saying she wasn’t taking crap off anyone! My advise is to stay away from this store or make sure you check your food before you leave since staff doesn’t know how to count or the difference in the chicken parts. Save yourself the grief and just don’t go! Good luck to this store remaining open and GOD help future customers. Managers are apparently desperately needed! These were our 2 meals. Geez! Went straight to the trash!

UPDATE: Ordered online today & went to pick up and the store was “temporarily closed”. The below sign was posted on the lobby door and drive thru. Called customer help listed on website and spent another 15 minutes getting my money back.

I waited at the drive thru over two minutes. No one did not say nothing over the intercom. I drove to the window because they have a history of the intercom speaker not working. The lady said they don’t do orders at the window. She lying they do. She was being very sarcastic. She said I will have to drive back around and wait or come in. At least come on the speaker and say van you hold for a minute. No one said n I thing. They act like they don’t care. So I left and went to popeyes. Bad customer service, fix the parking lot pot holes everywhere, and close down this location

Extremely slow. Good food here, but slow. Parking lot is a disaster. Horrible potholes everywhere. Even trying to pull in it is difficult due to the potholes. Franchise owner is a complete failure to keep up the driveways and parking lot. As a result I won’t be back.

No complaints on food or service. The place is getting run down. Parking lot is full of holes…big holes. Windows were excessively dirty, very streaked, white streaks. Couldn’t figure out what caused the white streaks running down the front windows.

This poor location…they need to redo the entire parking lot pot holes everywhere gon need an entire alignment fooling around with that. Got to the speaker order was taken, paid for & i was pulled up…waited over 45 min before walking to the drive thru window asking ETA that poor young man was trying this best to take care of people with seems like little to no help..it was awful food supposedly had to cook my chicken…got home to find out none of it was edible basically waste of money
