Her customer service skills were outstanding she was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made our experience better than ever before. Emily and Carol are exactly the kind of people we need more of in the world and especially in the work force. They’re both intentionally kind and compassionate, they know how tough times are right now and are dedicated to their quality and service. Nice staff, and I like having a Fazoli’s this close to home. The training lady there (Carol?) is super friendly and helpful. Of all the restaurants around the Saron Drive area, it’s our go-to. I wish their prices were a little lower—they’d probably double their customers if it were. One thing I would suggest is when the drive-thru line is long and causes a lengthy wait, I’d make it policy to give the customer several extra breadsticks for their wait. I would actually suggest giving more than two breadsticks per entré in the drive-thru anyway, since they are unlimited when people dine in. They also need to bring back the Free Italian Ice as one of their rewards on the app. It was crazy to remove it.

I ordered breadsticks and some pasta for my son. He threw up after the breadsticks and said they were awful and oily. For the pasta it was not bad, could have been still better. Is this place ok? Yes, it is. Would I recommend it? Probably not unless you just like it on your own.

Normally do not do food reviews. Fazoli’s is overpriced and mid at best. The only reason that I continue to go back to that particular location is because of Carol. The person behind the counter and takes my order. She is awesome!
